Communication
I ordered at the end of November and was hoping my order would be delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately UPS lost my package (NOT SOXOS fault) and it was not delivered. I reached out to Eugene and he was very open with communicating about options and they ultimately remade my order and shipped it out as soon as they could. Eugene kept me in the loop the whole time and even sent me photo updates of the order being made. I really appreciate the open communication and the prompt resolution!
