Very poor customer resposne
Very poor customer resposne; well when I say poor - I mean zero! Compnaies always quick to take orders and dispatch but I always judge a company by it's response to an issue/ return. Three E-mails to Sovira so far over a 10 day period, no reply as yet! All other methods of contact on their website - no worky!
No Response (should) = No Stars; but I have to (reluctantly) give 1 star. If anyone wants a waterproof coat (arms too short) drop me an E-mail (unlike Sovira you will get a reply)!
