Prompt payment
Prompt payment. Only hiccup was email arriving saying Sovereign would not pay the claim. I rang and was told this just applied to the overnight in A and E not the 13 days on the ward.

Excellent service with continuity start to finish with same person
I spoke to Sam and she dealt with my enquiry and my claim (including sorting why it had been rejected) the whole way through . She was excellent. The claim was paid within a few days. No stress involved!

Had this plan a while through work and what a bit of peace of mind it is, made a claim on line and it was sorted within a week. Im happy with my plan and I don't notice the money come out of my wage.
