NEVER AGAIN!! They made my move an absolutely terrible experience.
I would absolutely never recommend this moving company. They are shady and use different means to extract money from you through the process. They aren't transparent about the process at all and would often tell you what you need to hear in order to move on.
These guys were assigned to me through a broker, and it was just a terrible experience all through - mismatching contracts between the two, and hidden fees at pickup and delivery that weren't brought up before. They gave me the impression my things would be delivered on a specific date, but it wasn't. They made me pay hundreds of dollars more at delivery because they brought a truck that was the size of two semis and it couldn't fit in our parking lot. Instead of bringing the things in a regular sized moving truck which would've fit, they made it my problem to pay for the "long distance carry".
If you must use this company, I'd recommend getting a lawyer and reading through every single line of the contract. They hide things there and just gloss over it claiming that everything is "standard".

STAY AWAY!!! EJ Strong armed my 79 year old mom at pickup for 2500 more day of move. Showed up at 4 pm till 2 am. Dragged furniture across ground. They have rental trucks with no straps or anything so one guy drops furniture and moves it himself. Dragged everything. Got corner of Amish head board furniture laying on concrete. It was a sh!t show from start to 16 days later drop off after no shows. Boxes smashed with fragile written on them.we haven’t even went through everything yet. It is a mess. All good reviews on here are fake. Worst experience ever .answer to reply We never changed anything he rewrote contract add 2500 in moving blankets that were to be free in contract right away. Also did not take 4 items on list. Excuses for delivery were truck broke, sick on food. I got the text. Why don’t you post 6000 job and 8500 let’s compare.you’re BBB ratings speak volumes

I had a small move and these movers were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly fast and efficient—everything was done in about an hour! They packaged my items with great care and professionalism, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Had a horrible experience with these people. As soon as they had my stuff, they started, asking for more money.
They showed up unannounced and were very rude and mean demanding more money and threatening to keep my stuff if I didn’t pay what I had originally agreed to pay and had already paid. The whole thing felt like dealing with professional gangsters.

After they arrived, and had the truck parking figured out. They asked me to confirm what I was shipping and filled out an inventory of my belongings. As soon as that was done, they started tagging items and bringing them to the truck. It only took about an hour to have everything loaded up, then it was to signing the shipping papers and off they went.
They also helped me take out some trashbags I was struggling to carry on my own, so that was a major help. They were both friendly and hardworking too, so it made the move go by quickly. If I had to recommend a moving company to someone else, I'd suggest this business.

Southwest showed up and had my stuff packed up in under an hour for a cross country move. I really appreciated how efficient they were as they were able to get the truck in quickly without disturbing any of my neighbors, handle all of my items with care, double wrap everything, and be on their way before I had to get to my meeting for work. They communicated things very clearly, provided consistent updates for their arrival time, and gave realistic expectations of how quickly they could pack up my things.

Will definitely be recommending them to others in the future!

This was my first time hiring movers. They were fast and efficient and had the job done within three hours. If I rented a truck and ask friends to help it would've taken all day, and let's be real nobody wants to help someone move! Money well spent and will definitely use them again!

Hey everyone! Me and my family moved from Colorado, grand Junction, to FL Miami . The workers arrived on time and packed everything carefully. they even cleaned up everything after the job when work was done they helped me throw out unnecessary furniture! Moved from Colorado to CT. The SouthWest company did everything very quickly, I was satisfied. Also a great price for this kind of work. I sincerely recommend.
