Very professional service. Highly recommend

Trying to find a solicitor in London is very daunting, especially when you’re new in the area. Don’t get me wrong, of course it is pretty easy - just google it and call them up. The problem is do you know what things do they deal with? how much is it going to cost? and most importantly are they any good?

Earlier today, I did the above; when Ms Anjali Shah from Southgate Solicitors return my call, I was told they don’t deal with the matter I requested. However, instead of ending the conversation, Ms Shah asked if I would like some recommendations? as she knows some solicitors who would deal with my request. I said yes please, because they are recommended by a professional.

I was so pleased with the way Ms Shah dealt with my enquiry. She was very friendly on the phone and made an extra effort to help me. True to her words, soon after our telephone conversation had ended, she emailed me a list of solicitors who would be interested in my request. For this I am very grateful, Thank you.

I haven’t needed a solicitors for many years so wasn’t very knowledgable about who to use. After a little research I chose to contact Southgate Solicitors. It was certainly the right choice. Professional and helpful from the onset. My first initial contact on the phone was with Nikita - Client Services Executive who was able to sign post me to a solicitor who could deal with my requirements. This was followed up with a useful email of what I would need to bring along to my appointment. My appointment with Chloe - solicitor was very productive and Chloe went above and beyond in talking me through the paperwork I needed addressing. Would highly recommend.

I contacted southgate solicitors by e mail with an enquiry and they responded very quickly the following morning. Their admin person was very professional and although it was not an area of law they could deal with, she helpfully provided me with details of a specialist in this area.

I wanted to find a solicitor in the Southgate North London N14 due to being a resident in that location, I came across this solicitor’s firm through google and was surprised on their professional and empathetic approach to my urgent needs. I contacted them purely for a witness signing documents and paid in cash at the office. They were able to support my requirements and book me in instantly within an hour.
