Great service as always, but...
Great service as always, but, adding an additional service charge to orders placed via your website seems opportunistic. This since companies generally encourage the use of web based ordering because it saves them money! I have only experienced such charges before where a middle man is taking a fee.

We do now have a service charge on online orders to bring us into line with other industry websites who do the same. This makes it easier to compare the best price for your delivery.
You will just now find the service charge itemised and included in the total price and the separate pence per litre price displayed. We still offer the best price by ordering online and find that we match or better the price offered by other competitors.

Reliable and friendly
As always bang on time, no fuss and cheerful.
Southern are very good at reminding me to unlock the access gate and have the tank padlock off. The only sign that the tanker is here is a distant humming from the fuel pump!

The delivery took place with out us noticing, until we found the bill through the letter box. Clean, tidy and efficient deliver. Print on delivery note dificult for me to read, could be much darcker.

This company is always very easy to work with from being easily accessible on the phone to the helpful guy actually doing the delivery. Prices are competitive and they will always try and match a better quote you may have got elsewhere. Their deliveries are always prompt.

I have used Southern Fuel for some time now. The service they provide is excellent from getting a quote to ordering the oil and getting it delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Good, reliable service
We've used Southern for years. Prices are always competitive and their drivers are the best - completely reliable and respectful of the parts of our garden they have to negotiate in order to get to the tanks!
