What a bunch of scammers! Tried phoning 30 minutes before arrival as instructed. No replies and mail box full. Guy from Arropark came to our rescue or we may have missed the ship. He told us that our experience was common and related some of the anecdotes we’ve since read on trust pilot. Avoid like the plague.

This should be no stars, they didn't have our car ready. Kept lying to us that it was on its way. After an hour and after many more times asking they admitted they didn't know where our car was and didn't have the keys on them.

they finally tracked the car down and we were taken to a multistory where as I have brought spare keys we could get our car and leave. They still a haven't sent us our keys and I don't expect they intend to. I am being ignored on the mobile number and the emails are bouncing back, even the online chat guy starts chatting then disappears. Such bad service. People waiting 6 hours is absolutely awful. they should be shut down and refunds given.

I’ve also had a parking fine and I refused to pay it and appealed it to be told I had to pay the 80.00!!
Parked in the centenary car park as instructed!!
Trying to contact the company and surprisingly their mail box is full!

The owners of Southampton, Mayflower Car Park need to investigate this SCAM parking business operating from their premises and SHUT THEM DOWN.

AVOID, they had our car from the 16th -23rd Sept and there was a parking ticket on the windscreen for 5 hours parking in a Sainsburys car park on the 19th awaiting us when we returned.
when i confronted them about it they snatched the ticket and said they will sort it, i insisted on tacking a picture of the parking ticket though.
Spoke to a lovely woman at ABP Southampton who run the port and she told me they were a scam outfit.
They sent me a booking confirmation email calling themselves Southampton Port Meet & Greet, They only have a mobile number as a contact that goes to voicemail which is full so it drops the call, complete scammers.

Used this company to park my car at Southampton for a mini cruise. When I returned home I received a parking ticket whilst my car was with this company. Can't seem to contact them to get this resolved. Not Happy!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
On Saturday 23rd September we returned from our cruise. Having being promised our car would be waiting for us on arrival at 9am. Our car was returned at 1pm and there were still 50 cars waiting their return from this company.

The company do not give you any receipts and put your car key with a scrap of paper in a plastic wallet.

I have never seen in my life such unorganised chaos. The company use scraps of paper to find cars, they don't know what cars are due to come back to the port on the delay of the collection. Police were called and the port authorities. They have a team of completely unprofessional liars working for them, who all had a 2 hour lunch break, to run round the west quays car park to try and find our cars. Every time you call they say it will be five minutes, its just left. Note, it cost £55 a week to park in the west quays and £5 taxi ride. walkable in 15 minutes.

To top this off today I received a £100 fine as my car was left in the short stay car park drop off area on the day of departure for 3 hours that I now need to pay on the £130 I paid for this fraudulent contract.

If you use this service. You are insane

Docked back on 23 September. Waited just under 8 hrs to get my car back! It had not been parked in a secure car park and It had a parking ticket on it. Lots of people in the same position. Awful service and many people in the same position. Cars damaged. Do not use this company.

An absolute nightmare went on a 7 day cruise.
On returning had to wait over 6 hours for the return of our car. There were other people who were waiting even longer, some people had their cars returned damaged
(Scratches,broken rear windscreen, ) one car had been stolen.

Dont use this company 3 hours to get our car back covered in scratches we’ve only had it a month
Refused to tell us where it was parked and only actually go it back when police got involved
We weren’t alone around 100 other people in same position and when we left there was still 50ish cars still not returned
Port security told us this is a regular occurrence with this company and we should avoid them - so why are they still allowed to operate in the docks??

They are transporting customers in vehicle reg: MK11LXF - this has no basic insurance and no passenger licence.

Crikey where to start - followed the instructions emailed on our (not so cheap) port parking confirmation email but was told by the guy answering the phone on the day of arrival “don’t come here, you can’t get in as someone’s hit the wall and damaged the entrance. We’ve upgraded you to meet & greet”; so given an alternative location and handed my keys over. Given a tatty receipt and told car would be returned on arrival day at 8am. Spent some of the Iona cruise joking about my cars whereabouts but decided it’s a Saturday problem - and oh boy was I correct.
So to arrival day:
1) No car at the time given - in fact no cars at all and some waiting for 90mins plus already by the time we arrived.
2) Useless staff, argumentative and downright rude and abusive - kept changing the story about cars whereabouts and the time it would arrive, every 15 mins
3) Refused to take me (and others) to our vehicles, stating they didn’t know where they were
4) Called the police and reported my vehicle as ‘whereabouts unknown’.
5) Asian chap (manager?) decided to engage in ‘rough talk’ and ‘pushing’ - but only till police arrived then he wound his neck in!
6) Police advised they take me (and 9 others) to our cars - parked whole time in West Quays car park - public pay & display. This still left the other 75 people without their vehicles.

P&O Facebook page post later described how fight broke out and cars were damaged. Happened after I’d left but is a newspaper report on it, sadly.

Absolute scammers. Even Police described them as rogue. Just park at West Quays yourself for £35 and collect when you’re ready.

Eventually retrieved my vehicle at 11.15am - 3hrs later than advised (fetched it myself). Thankfully all safe and sound.

Left our car on 16th Sept for one weeks parking. we returned today and were given back our car with the rear screen smashed in. Apparently they take your car to supermarket car parks where not only can they be damaged but also stolen as some other poor passengers discovered. It was chaos today with some people not having their cars returned or keys to drive them. The police were called but we didn’t wait around for the outcome of that. We are now awaiting parking fines for the time it was parked illegally. Next time we will book early for AB parking, a genuine good company

Got my car back today after a 7 day cruise- got a parking fine from Sainsbury’s in Southampton on Tuesday when I was somewhere in the Bay of Biscay.
Since realised no way to contact these crooks, no phone number and no reply to my email.
My only hope is that the fine I got is the only one and that more aren’t on their way…

The car was not at the short stay car park, we waited 4 hours for the car to be returned along with 20 others, some were still waiting. They are not using secure parking and we probably get car park fines.

Terrible - avoid at all costs!
Left my car with them 19 - 26th August. Arrived back to port - they lost my car! Eventually found it after 1 hour wait. Drove away & put it down to experience. 10 days later got a parking fine from First Parking for illegal parking in one of their car parks for the whole week! First Parking say that the valet company DO NOT have permission to use their car park. Reporting to police and trading standards….

KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!
When I went to pick my car up, another customer who had been waiting over 2 hours for his car, informed me that my car was being used as a taxi !!!
This was proven when I saw how much fuel was left!!
Another customer was on the phone to the police because after 2 and a half hours no one could tell him where his car was and he was reporting it as stolen.
I too received a parking fine. I called the number at the bottom of my confirmation email and they sent me a message to pass on to parking eye for the fine to be passed on to them.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. WHY IS IT TAKING 2 HOURS TO FIND CARS LEFT WITH THEM? WHERE EXACTLY ARE THEY LEAVING THEM?
THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE EITHER FAKE OR THEY JUST DIDN'T GET CAUGHT!!!!

Further to my last review, I too have now received a parking charge fine for centenary Quay. Avoid this company like the plague. Will be contacting trading standards, Southampton City Council and Southampton police on this matter.

Appalling company. Changed parking location at last minute to a non secure car park. Very nearly missed the cruise ass the transport was so slow. After getting back git an £80 fine from the car park for not paying. No response at all from this terrible company.

Didn’t have an issue staff where polite and courteous, had my car ready on time and seemed to be the cheapest when booking
