My pizza worked out well though I do not have the fancy pizza stones or steels. I just used my baking tray with a high heat and no grill. However, do not put on your toppings until you know how you are going to get it from your bench and into the oven as not everyone has a pizza paddle to do this.
My bread was a great disappointment as I think I did something wrong....like my water evaporated as soon as I put it in the very hot oven. My loaf was undercooked and course grained and not airy as the sourdough I know.
I need to try again
