As a proud Scot, an acclaimed creative director and a self-confessed golf nut, he has created a range for Sounder that is stylish, functional and hard-wearing - both on and off the course. James founded Urban Golf, the UK's first and best indoor golf venue. As a player, teacher, clubmaker and entrepreneur, he's spent his entire career fighting for a version of the game that's more accessible, more rewarding and more fun. Sounder is the result of Cathal and James' shared passion for the game. All Sounder products have been conceived, designed and tested on the course by us, and only the products that we believe in have made the cut. I bought an olive green golf glove for…
I bought an olive green golf glove for just £10 in the sale. Arrived quickly and is excellent quality. Compares well with the Footjoy and Titleist gloves I usually wear and in a much more interesting colour than plain white. It’s great that Folk have branched out into golf, adopting the heritage of the original Sounder who supplied Seve’s golf clubs in the early days of his career. I’ve heard good things about their golf balls too. Clubs next?

I originally bought a few items for golf from Sounder, but I actually now shop here for a lot of my clothes! The fit and quality is top notch, and the service from Jon and Eddy is a very rare thing indeed from a Brand that is growing like this.

Really happy with my new gear from Sounder. Something a bit different from the norm. Colours all go really well together and everything seems well made. Particularly like the Haar Windcheater. Hopefully more to come in collaboration with Random as that range sold out. Held off on buying trousers as size guide states only one leg length per waist size and these seem a bit short for me.
