Don't buy any of their product they sell online;
It's garbage. I mistakenly ordered again online because the first order I got was the real one, so I thought they were honest. Those ladies are frauds, fake liars; they just want your money. SCAM. I DECIDED not to return them; they're not going to refund me. Scam business.

Please don't from this place. Took ages to arrive and nothing like the pictures, they didnt even package it well and absolute worse customer service. Please save yourself and dont order from here

Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from this site.

Bag was a totally different colour when arrived and they tried to tell me it wasn't,.despite having images to prove.

Agreed after 2 months of back and forth, to cover the costs to ship back to China (£26) as long as they received proof of sending (which I sent).

After paying to send it myself, they have now said they won't cover that!!

It has been 3.5 months and I still have not received a refund nor a response to my email.

I was excited to buy a couple of bags from here because my friend recommended this site to me as "amazing quality dupes." Not sure what factory hers came from but...the bags that arrived looked nothing like the photos that were advertised online. They reeked of plastic (PU) and the quality of the material is creased and incredibly poor. The "leather" weave on one of my bags has no texture, dimension and is flat stitched together. No true weave in sight.

In addition to that, they advertise 30 day free returns "Shop With Confidence" on a banner across the website. When I reached out about returning my items due to quality they have continued to refuse my return via email since June 5. It is now June 23 and they are still spinning me in circles, only offering 10% AFTER asking me to send photos of the items claiming they are as advertised, telling me that my return is based on "personal preference" and thus not qualified.

Save your money and shop from trusted sellers elsewhere. They will just lie to you and bounce you around until the 30 day mark passes. Also, the quality of the bags suck.

Do not buy from them. Chinese bad quality. They are scammers. I said to send it back and they made me spend £20 to shop back to china and I done it and they never got back to me. When I contacted them they just kept saying please have patience and thank you for your understanding. It’s been over a year now and no refund. They are still saying the same thing. So no I have paid for the bag and shipping to send back and nothing in return. Scammers. I hope karma comes round to them. Disgusting.

Wish I knew this! Purchased what I thought were real mini longchamp bags in April 2025. Had to return to get my refund had it stuck in customs in china and today April 2026 received parcel back

Complete rip off. The photos on their website are not the products sold. My product was faulty and completely unusable. You pay for the return the item back to china. They promise partial refund that is never paid. Wasted time pursuing and money on rubbish. Do not use this website!

Completely deceitful, never buy from this website. They are based in China, so very difficult to enforce any kind of consumer protection laws.

I purchased 2 items from Soreza, they were completely different products than advertised on their website. They use photos from other websites as their own product. I contacted them, and they tried to gaslight me and tell me the products they sent were the same as their website, when the photo comparison blatantly showed otherwise. They refused a refund. Luckily a my credit card company helped me out, and I had a refund from them in less than 24 hours of my credit dispute.

Vegan leather on bags is so low quality and cheap looking. Customer service and delivery horrendous. BEWARE: there are NO returns allowed from US even though at top of homepage it says: FREE 30 day returns. There was no disclaimer saying no return from US ever. Bag came 3 days after my event (q16 days after ordering). Regardless I would not have used such a cheap looking ugly bag with a very fake gold closure.

The products looked good at first.

However, many customers report delivery and refund issues, and support is almost impossible to reach. My affiliate commission is also still pending with no response.

With so many problems, it’s hard to trust this company.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I ordered a bag on December 14th which never got delivered, Soreza are claiming this is my fault and are refusing to credit even though the courier company have confirmed the parcel has been returned to sender. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Beware of this website it is a scam.
I ordered a bag and never received it.
They provided a fake tracking number and mentioned a courier that does not exist.
Customer service never replies despite multiple attempts to contact them.

I ordered two bags from them in DEC last year. The products showed up being squashed and out of shaped. I only realized that they were the dupes. Request for a refund that never happened. Please do not buy from this website.

No issues with seller or shipment however the quality of the bags is dreadful. Very poor quality tat from China.
