I ordered 4 items from this fake company. It took over 2 weeks for my package to arrive. I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering from a company that was, supposedly, based out of Vancouver. The quality, workmanship and the sizing is completely off. I have emailed support team to return the items and for a full refund but have not heard back. I am fuming because this is a total scam!

I completely agree with all the other bad reviews and I wish I did my due diligence and checked here earlier. It's their business model to give a 15% refund instead of incurring "very expensive shipping costs to return it to their international warehouse" - although they aren't willing to specify where that is so I can cost it out myself. So quality ads with a mid-point retail price, delivering very cheap clothing, then offer a 15% refund to keep the products, instead of returning them all and a full refund. Interesting business model - they still make good money with the 15% discount, but their business model fills the garbage dump.

I bought 3 items that I thought looked nice & that I would like. When they came the material was awful, not what they said and nothing fit, even though I went up a size. They passed themselves off as a Vancouver shop that was moving their warehouse. The website said the clothing was shipped by UPS in Canada. All lies. When I contacted them to return the clothes, they told me I had to ship them to China at my expense. They know darn well it’s so expensive to return it to China that no one will. Thank goodness my credit card company looked into everything and agreed with me.

I ordered a dress that looked super nice. I was looking forward to wear it for a wedding. It took over 2 weeks to get it. I was expecting it to be packaged in a box and to my surprise it arrived bundled up in a gray plastic bag (the kind they use when ordering from Chinese website. I opened the bag to find that the dress was about 2 sizes smaller than ordered. The material is terribly flimsy, workmanship is horrible and there is on one side a big pleat at the shoulder. I was truly disgusted especially that the dress looked different than in the picture.
I have sent several emails to asked them what will they do to remedy the situation and I haven't had any response. They are a scam....Stay away from them. It mentions Vancouver in the name but they operate from China. Can't send back b/c shipping costs more than the article.
Update: they wrote back offering 15% refund and I can keep the rag. Discount if I order something else. I will never order from them again.

0 stars!! I love the look of the linen shirt sets. I purchased the Isidora, gorgeous linen, vibrant blues. It is NOTHING like the photo. I actually tried it on for my friends and we howled. I would absolutely NOT buy anything. Trying to return it, email is undelivered. Terrible scammers!

I ordered a lovely (what it was supposed to be) dress, it was the most horrendous dress that I have ever seen, the material was gawd awful, and such terrible stitching. It took wks for it to come. I immediately emailed for a refund, the return address was china, which it was supposed to be Vancouver, they offered 15% of refunf. I wrote them back stating they were pond scum, and stating them "shame on you" for ripping people off. I lost $69

I wish I had the option for a negative score. The pictures are bogus and the fabris is very cheap. I am currently trying to to return my order, and I hav been waiting 2 weeks for a response. NOTHING!

Do not use this company, it's a SCAM!!! Their clothing is paper and when you request a return they only give 15% return unless you mail it back to their international warehouse. As soon as I said that I would mail it back to their international warehouse for a full refund they ghosted me. Do not fall for this despicable "company"!!!!

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered …both dresses were just trash and didn’t fit. Naive me, I believed them when they said I could return them for a full refund …to CHINA …NOT VANCOUVER at all. Instead they said I could have 15% off. Are you kidding me?! Totally untrustworthy and their stuff is trash and not from Vancouver at all. I wish I could give them negative stars! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This pretends to be a shop in London and the prices are reduced as they are re stocking....it is unfortunately not true
The items were described as Cotton it was polyester it also came direct from China and took over 3 weeks
The item arrived and was pootly made it was Polyester not Cotton
We tried to send back only to find that it has to go to China and there is no contacts in the UK...
There is a £20 restocking fee on top of the costs to send to China

If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would rate this. The clothing is so cheaply made it wouldn’t even be worth $1, the fabric is garbage. The 30 day return policy - doesn’t exist. They won’t even give you a return shipping address, just offered me 15% as a refund and 15% off my next order. What next order - I would NEVER order from them again. Don’t be fooled - the clothes are not even close to as advertised, it’s total cheap garbage and they do not process returns. I will fight it through my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER anything from this scam international - for sure not Vancouver company. It’s all a big scam.

Deceptive presence, quality and returns. This is just a drop ship from China. Tried to return and they say they have no North America warehouses and the shipping would be too expensive but we'll give you a 15% refund. The picture and description of the item were far, far better than the quality received. Stay far away from this place.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Bogus online shop, a total scam. Cheaply made, poor quality fabric, sizing weird. Apparently everything is on “sale”. They will only give 15% refund on returns, cost of shipping is on you, due to their consideration for the “carbon footprint”. This is obviously how they make their money; on the gains from selling crappy merchandise. I’m sure it barely pays for the cost of forced labor. Buyer beware! This is not a legitimate business.

Sizing was totally off. A 2XL would fit a small. Quality was cheap. Return policy - it cost you to return the item internationally so you agree to accept 15% and donate the item. Would never order from this company again.

Dreadful company dress arrived and was nothing like advertised awful quality really poorly made and getting a refund was a struggle paid £39.95 and got back £16 would advise to stay well clear of this company

This doesn’t even deserve a one rating. As many have stated, quality of product is horrendous. Not suitable for humans. They are a scam. You think you’re buying from somewhere in Vancouver as the name states, only to have it come from China. And when you want to return the item you have to do it within 30 days OF PURCHASE for you to get your refund. On top of that a $89.00 dress would have cost me $72.00 to ship back to them (IN CHINA). NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!

The quality of product is terrible. While it says 30 day money back guarantee, this is a lie. I purchased 3 items. One fit and was fine (average quality). The second one, the size was incorrect (a size too small) and the third was a total disappointment (close to being plastic). I requested a refund for two items and despite their 30-day refund guarantee, the refund I was offered was 15% of the total amount. $28.00 on a purchase of $187. This is completely unethical and inappropriate. Anyone interested in their clothing, I would steer clear from ever purchasing anything from this company.

Horrible quality, wrong sizing, ridiculous return policies. I paid $80+ for the dress and they refunded $12. Dress has no tag, one cannot even tell the company name nor the size. The stitching is horrible as well.
