As a mum of a four-year-old who has struggled with angry, red patches since he was a baby, I honestly didn’t expect much when I tried this. We’ve done the whole cycle of prescriptions, over-the-counter creams, home remedies – you name it. I started using this very cautiously, just a thin layer after his bath at night, and the first thing I noticed was that he didn’t scream or pull away like he usually does. Within a few days the rough, raised areas on the backs of his knees started to look flatter and less inflamed. It didn’t magically erase everything, but for the first time in a long time he slept through the night without scratching himself raw, and as a parent that feels huge.

Product arrived with a different branding made in china- do not buy!!!

Being scammed, as I clearly have been is frustrating. However, purchasing a cream to be applied directly to my young grandson’s skin is simply dangerous!
This clearly is a scam, it is not from a farm in Bucks, produced by a family run business, but shipped from China.
Please avoid purchasing as everything about this company is fake, but more importantly, please do not use this product, as there is no way of telling what the ingredients are. Don’t risk it!
I have complained and requested a refund, but shall not hold my breath.

SCAM product Delivery very slow - checked tracking - item in China when all advertised as “made on farm in Buckinghamshire”. Requested clarification from company but awaiting a response.

This is a scam a very effective scam it seems and I fell for it
Why can this not be stopped preying on vulnerable people looking for relief for children who are suffering with eczema and other skin conditions
When trying to email with this complaint the reply was fairly swift but obviously AI generated
I’ll put this down to experience but the “balm” is going straight into the bin

Total scam. I bought in good faith but being delivered from China not UK. I have mailed numerous times and been ignored. My final email just now has asked for immediate refund. I am going to ask my bank for a section 75 charge back and I am informing Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY, TERRIBLE CROOKS

This is a total scam .its from China for sure .
They don’t answer my e mails I still haven’t received it I’m contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud .ive also contacted facebook and reported it there too 😡im so angry …preying on people looking for cream to help childrens excema

SCAM PLEASE DON’T BUY! I don’t usually fall for this kind of company as i do my research before but i did a mistake with them! Not made in UK , they ship from China and they don’t reply to their messages either, so i am stuck
With this product and lost £50! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Fake product from china! Tried contacting the customer service who basically lied to me again then told me they would refund as I had zero faith in the product or anything I was being told by this point!
Since asking for the refund I have been ignored (looks like lots of others are in the same boat!).
Do not waste your money on someone lying to parents that are just trying to find a solution for their children.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Not received the cream yet but I can see straight away that it’s shipping from China and not Buckinghamshire. I don’t want the cream now that I’ve been lied to.

SCAM. The worst part is the cream works which might sound odd for a negative review but it is not a tallow product. No idea if it's a steroid cream or something else which is what we think it is but no proof. It's not from Buckinghamshire, no farm exists and not a real tallow product. It comes (late) from China and states made in 'PRC' (Peoples Republic of China) so by that logic are they farming bees and beef then shipping to china to produce the cream then shopping back? Seems illogical. It is not real and not something I would suggest using on children, so upset we used it.

No farm in Buckinghamshire no customer service that is willing to help. The postage should have been 2-3 days from Buckinghamshire however the tracking says China. How could somebody possibly be doing this when all good people are trying to do the best thing for children by buying legit products for eczema. Who ever is behind this should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT BUY! This is a scam! The farm in Buckinghamshire doesn’t exist, nor does the story! I fell for it and the tracking information for the package is showing that it’s coming from China! On looking at on Trust Pilot many people have confirmed that this is scam and that they have been sent another cheap product (containing coconut oil as the main ingredient) from China. I’ve contacted so called customer services requesting a full refund and surprise surprise - no response! Shame on you for tricking desperate parents looking for a solution for their children’s eczema! 😡😡😡
