After waiting for items shipped to me from China, This fraudulent company ripped me off by sending me flimsy paper-thin plastic material (I can’t even call it cardboard) it was that thin. Trying to pass off as sturdy stackable shoe boxes you can find on the container store website. When I tried contacting their customer service email, I received a bounce-back as the company is now out of business. I purchased thru PayPal and they made me jump thru hoops to get a refund. At this point I didn’t care I was determined to get my $$ back. If You purchased thru PaypL, they’re going to make you file a case with a government internet fraud organization and provide them a copy of the case. Follow their instructions and see it all the way tnrough. Oh & they’re going to try to cut you a deal & offer to refund you a percentage of the total amount you spent. These snakes should not get away with our hard earned money. Took 5 months to get my full refund from PayPal.

What a joke. Purchaded these "stackable" boxes from them. Got them in. They are far from what the picture showed and not good quality at all. Not even stackable. I asked for a refund (paid $102). They offered me a partial refund of $3, then $5. What a joke. I'm going to try and find a way to dispute them. This company needs to be taken down from the internet for fraudulent items and advertising.

I ordered the latest smart robot puppy. I ordered it in May and I got in August. When I opened up the package, I found that:
1. It wasn't even close to being the latest one, it was literally a toy
2. One of the legs was broken off and it was obvious that the whole packaging had been opened up before it was sent to me
3. It was all in Chinese, and I couldn't use a translator to translate it.
Do not buy from them. It's a waste of your money and I lost $40 on this piece of garbage.

This company is a legit scammer. They sell products using beautiful photo. Quality in videos and photo looks good but when you recieve the product, it looks junk. Poor quality. I bought a product amounting $60. It was poor quality. Asked for refund. They gave me $4 and thats the best they can give according to email support. Please do not fall on their false advertisements.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Sofancy.xyz. It is a SCAM. Ordered car rack 5 weeks ago and never received item. Right after ordered, realized that I should have read some reviews before ordered. Emailed and never got response. Their phone number listed is disconnected. Their business address is a little house located in a deserted area. Luckily I paid for the car rack with a CREDIT card and was able to file a dispute. Just a reminder, use a CREDIT card (NOT a DEBIT card) to purchase merchandise on line because you can dispute and get a refund for SCAMS.

I suppose be check reviews before order. I just order shoe box. But I had same experience as everybody. Wrong item, poor package, damaged package, delayed delivery ,totally different as description,I paid $170.00 for product so, I requested return and full refund. But they answered $2 first deal.$4 second deal, now $10 deal. Isn't it crazy??they just play on me. And now they block the my email address. I can't contact anymore. They just stealed my money. That product quaries is less then $0.99.
They are trickster. We have to report business department. And make shot down that business. No more happen victims.

All of the negative reviews are 100% accurate, fraudulent company scamming people out of their purchases unwilling to refund for items they are selling that do not at all match the description on their website. I now see they have removed most pictures of their products but still have their website up. Hopefully their site gets taken down ASAP!

The company is still sending me emails in reference to a refund of $10.00 when I paid $59.85. This is not a partial refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SOOFANCY!!!

Ordered shoe boxes and what they sent was not what they show. They’re a scam. Don’t buy from them, they won’t give you a refund either.

Scan!!! I ordered shoe boxes and they sent junk, not even the shoe boxes I order. I requested to send them back and they refused to give me a return address. They stated that it would cost to much and refused to give me an address

I tried to cancel the order less than five minutes after making it and these dirtbags really lied to me and said it had already been shipped. Fast forward over one month and I receive a product nowhere close to what was described or shown in photos. Just another hack Chinese scam site. Do not order from here you will not get what you want.

Its a Scam Made my order back in May and have not received anything. Contacted Paypal and stated that it was a fraud. Paypal got in touch with the seller and they stated they sent the product. Never received anything. Now Paypal wants me to work with the seller but I have no contact info.

Poor poor, deceptive, misleading and took 3 months to deliver garbage. Not shoe containers to the least bit and no instructions, $80 plus in the ground. Sewage type service and products.

BEWARE! I Ordered the same shoe boxes mentioned in the other reviews. The items i received were absolutely nothing like what’s pictured on their site. I was offered a partial refund of $4 which i refused. I paid $114!!! They then offered me a partial refund of $11 and told me to just sell the item to someone. I’ve disputed with American Express as well as PayPal.. We will see how this turns out! Fraudulent company!!

The most horrible experience ever. I ordered those really cool shoe organizer boxes in black “n 3/11/2020. I contacted support4 months with no reply, yesterday I received a envelope with a lot of plastic flat boxes - nothing at all like what I ordered. Don’t ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I took a pic and sent it to the cust service email advising I was sending this back to them and I wanted a refund.... I was asked if I would accept 2.00 for the problem! Wow! Basically sooofancy thought it was funny that I paid 200.00 for the boxes and they send me some cut up plastic pieces! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

Scam. I was sent an item completely different that described and it was in chinese! PayPal said I could get a full refund if I return the item. Returning it would have been more than the cost of the toy... I guess there really is no buyer protection after all

I ordered 3 shoe boxs was supposed to be black and what they sent me was trash! they sent me some counterfeit goods kit that looked nothing like what I ordered I emailed them and guess what no reply back so don't waste your time buying from them go some where else..

This site should be taken offline. It is selling products that do not exist. It is classic "bait and switch". We received our products more than 2 months later, and the box was crushed. The product we ordered was a robo dog, and instead we got a cheap rip off that didn't even speak english. It was a huge disappointment. They used a different photo of the actual product. Their customer service would not refund or exchange the product, which their policy clearly states they would do this. It's the biggest scam .

DO NOT BUY TOTAL SCAM AND ALL PRODUCTS COMING FROM CHINA! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!
They are portraying as an american company, then sending products from China and in the chinese language! Then they dont even refund your money on their mistake! BUYER BEWARE
