I ordered three Christmas garland and paid on November 7. Weeks later a damaged package of three inferior wreaths with pine cones and red balls falling out of a torn open and crushed package. I had the shipping company pick up the mess. Soofancy or Willhappy will not return my $90.75. They started with a $5 offer, went to $10, then $15, and now $20. There must be some way to stop this kind of company from operating in the US.

I order 3 what was suppose to be original BOGGS and I finally received ONE - and it was bAggs, not bOggs. I have not received the other two although they have been paid for. Was offered a $5 refund - awful!!!!!! Never again. I want my money back! and Paypal refuses to issue a refund.

I waited 6 weeks for a “deluxe” outdoor Christmas set. I asked 5 times for a refund along the way. What came today was broken and only half of the order. It is far from deluxe and I spent $149.99. I wish I could figure out how to take this to another level to get these scammers off the internet

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!!! I ordered what looked like beautiful lit up Christmas garlands, paid $115.00 and got 4 broken up and crushed long wreaths(they arrived in a BAG!!). When I confronted them, they emailed 4-5 times asking for videos, pictures, my email, my order number-so unprofessional and probably most people wouldn’t do it-it was annoying. After complying, they said they’ll refund me $15. It was so hilariously awful. Stay away from them and don’t be stupid like me

Bought 3 linen henleys that sure looked good online. Bought size large. When I got them I can barely get them over my head and shoulders. Horrible fit. I've emailed the company about a refund and have gotten no satisfaction. Buyer Beware!

This is a scam. I ordered a 2 In 1 Safe Invisible Wireless Dog Fence for 3 dogs. Paid £69.98 Received a wired system for 2 dogs. Since 1/12/21 I have been in contact with these scammers who act like robots. Keep sending a pre arranged email offering £5 refund and not willing to accept they sent the wrong item. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

Whatever you do, do NOT get involved in buying anything they sell. I did not receive the item I purchased instead they sent a much inferior product of much less value
On complaint I received what is obviously a pre-prepared email and then nothing. They are relying upon their geographical location to avoid giving good honest service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Total scammers and cheaters. I have ordered "starry sky cube" for my kid, because of beautiful adv on Facebook, paid 20 euro + 10 for shipping, and got a cheap piece of sh** which barely costs 5 euro in a chinese shop. Which is not even close to what was shown in adv.
I had to assemble it from cheap plastic pieces; the batteries are not contacting at all; only working from wire. Light is very pale and poor. No animated comets like in adv, the space pattern is not multi-colored, just cheap blurry holes in plastic.
Now their shop doesnt even exist, when I try to visit their link.
But I am confident that these scammers will get their karma back for cheating people!!!

Wish i would of known this it's being going on 2 months, they are giving me the run around. Says the shoes will arrive Dec 1st if not i will reverse charges at my bank. I still might do that, they say they can't find my name, address or ID #. It supposed to come USPS

On 10/21/21 I ordered two snatch waist bans for me and my sister.. It is now 11/27/21 and I still have not received my order.. no movement has been made with this “tracking number” and they don’t seem to be concerned about my issue.. I am highly upset and know this was a scam.. do not and I repeat do not order from this site.. they move under multiple different names.. kindappl or something like that is the one who got me.

They scammed me under a different name, Willhappys, but are attempting to keep my money under the name Soofancy. It is entirely a scam! Don’t waste your money.

Ordered Halloween costume for my kid and 3 moth later still got nothing. They will send you fake tracking numbers to justify not giving you a refund! After several back and forward emails with the most absurd excuses I realized that I was robbed by these people. But I am not going down with out a fight and am putting a complaint with the New York attorney’s office in order to try to close this website. I ask everyone to take further steps and fight these crooks!

Bought 2x harry potter sorting hat decorations for Christmas as presents and they have never arrived , i got in contact with the company multiple times via email and they came up with excuse that it was Hermes fault and to track it, however it did not work and i was redirected multiple times - i never physically got to speak to anyone (presumably as the tracking number given was fake). I was mislead by an unassuming Facebook AD, however it is clear now that this is not a trustworthy site due to numerous reasons (research the phrase 'soo fancy' in google and you will see why). I was Scammed out of £61 .

I’ve been requesting a refund and cancellation for some Christmas decorations I ordered And they keep coming up with excuses to avoid refunding. The worst customer service. What a scam! I paid 174$.

They are thieves and consumers do not have the same protection. Never buy from China

They are the best scammers ever. I purchased 3 wind mills and got one free. They are a piece of junk and won't work. I paid $178.99 for them. I have been trying for 2 weeks to deal with customer service, first said they would refund me $8.00, then $12.00, last offer $30.00 they said that is the best that they could do. Now they can't find my e-mail or address, said that I wasn't in system. I said you took my money sent me the product in the mail so you should have all that information. Don't deal with them they will take your money. Beware scammers.

I ordered 2 costumes and a plush doll off them about a month ago. Never got a email saying the items had been shipped and then about a month later I got an email saying that my package had been delivered. I checked the tracking number and there was no record of that tracking number ever being used for anything. Also there was no package left at my doorstep either. Complete scam. I paid about 165$ and thought that since they were accepting pay pall it was a legit website. beyond frustrated with Pay pall for allowing people to buy things off of scam sites.

The worst company ever. Terrible customer service, never again. Do not buy anything from these scammers!!!

I ordered 2 decorative garden spinners from this unethical company, and received a tangled mess of tin that was not worth the $58 I was charged. When I complained to the company, they first offered me a $5 refund, which I rejected, then a $10, then $15. When I demanded a full refund, I was told I'd have to return their merchandise at a cost of $60.

Please, people, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANY CHINESE COMPANY! IF SHIPPING WILL TAKE WEEKS OR LONGER, YOU KNOW ITS COMING IN A CARGO CONTAINER BY SHIP. Save your money, and starve these lousy companies out of business.
