Scam website. In my haste I stupidly found their website after looking at a review of telescopes which I failed to do due dillilgence on; as it was sponsored and clearly from them too.

What you get (eventually) is a cheap Chinese plastic toy. Once they have your money it is impossible to return or get a refund. They are a dropshipping website so no accountability and no number to call. They will not reply to emails. Lesson learnt. I hope you read this before making the same mistake.

Same as everyone else says. Purchased a telescope £169. Received completely different cheap tat. Paid by debit card and reported to my bank and won a chargeback so did get my money back. Am still being pursued by them for return of the item. They are more than welcome to it but I’m not paying the postage!

As with all previous reviews I also feel that I was foolishly scammed and am very annoyed with myself.
Having any dealings with this so called company will definitely result in disappointment.
Bought a telescope for my daughter who has an interest in astronomy,for her birthday and the quality was totally inferior and after numerous emails with video attachments sent to the so called company customer support with AI dependent reply’s they eventually stopped responding.
Why these companies are allowed operate online without proper vetting is beyond me.
Avoid at all costs.

Their products are GARBAGE. BUYER BEWARE, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Just like everyone else, the item ordered was never received and when I asked for a refund they stalled for weeks. Eventually they claimed that too much time had passed and there was nothing they could do. Stupid me. Next time I will check Trustpilot.

the product quality was poor and not what i was looking for. when i reached out there was no way for any kind of a return. the Company is praying on customers.

This is a scam business, they send you poor quality items from China and then never accept to pay for return. They offered to refund 10 or 15 percent but that does nothing when a almost £200 item arrives in horrible condition. Then they ask you to pay for the cost of the return, which could be quite expensive going to China.

The item is poor quality, the box was horribly damaged, the item inside was defected and they didn't accept to pay for the return. After a long and extraneous conversation, with me sending videos and photos of the item, i decided to contact my bank and issue a dispute upon which i got my money back.
Now they harass me to return the item and pay for the delivery...what a joke

Worst company EVER. DO NOT BUY . This company takes your money sends Telescope that is broken and will not refund or believe it was broken on arrival.So many E mails sent . Different 'staff' ( ? AI) reply repeating same questions again and again and again. They want customers to give up.

This is a scam!!!! Do not buy anything from this company. They do not communicate after sale and I am still waiting for my order. It is a disgrace!!! I hope karma gets them all!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Cheap crap. Left earbud keeps cutting out and I am getting the run-around trying to return them for a refund.

Worst customer service and the quality of the ear buds is a joke

They stopped working after week and Sonora are as hopeless at helping to sort the issue.

Avoid these very poor quality earbuds

They look and feel terrible quality.

I tried to get a replacement and they just stall and try to frustrated you into giving up.

Worst product I have ever wasted money on. This is a spam company. Impossible to get a refund, as everything goes through China. They also attempt to extort money in the refund "offer" they provide.

HORRIBLE product quality (cheap plastic and not the color advertised) and HORRIBLE sound quality (imagine your grandma’s AM radio near a mountain). A horrible, imported, cheap product pretending to be something great. Read the BBB reviews of Sonora UK. This website is a SCAM.

Awful. Company continues to offer small discount or force me to pay for return, deduct handling fee, I take risk and get less than 50% return of purchase price. Anyone successful in getting full refund and forcing them to pay for return? Seeking legal redress is next step.

Please do not purchase from here its a massive dropshipping site that buys in bulk from alibaba and sales for an extortionateprice, i saw the reviews too late for this site as I bought from the Irish one and now am down €220 euro for a telescope i could have bought on alibaba for €11.41. Just look up BM-30070M-1 Kids Astronomical Telescope with 300mm Focus and 70mm Red Refractor Table Tripod for Stargazing and you'll find it on there.
