Amazon lost my order again. Amazon and Songmics now firmly on my avoid list.

The first photo shows everything we've received. 4-lockers were missing as the second photo shows. We contacted seller immediately and sent them the photo. But they confirmed that they had sent us everything. We then contacted Temu customer service. And the seller still insisted on having packed everything in the box. They firmly refused to reship the missing nuts to us. Since without lockers, nothing could be fixed, obviously we can't use them. we have to order them again at another online shopping platform. We have never met so arrogant and unreasonable sellers over our ten years online shopping experience. If we had received these four little nuts, will we bother to contact you all over the places for such a trivial matter? You are an international company, is this the attitude you have towards all your customers? It's really disappointing.

Awful service; poor quality items. Received cabinet with missing pieces and poor quality, and even though I did pay for “worry free” insurance they didn’t issue refund. Instead they want me to deassemble the unit again and send it back which is such waste of time. Never again!

received 2 fabric drawer chests and was suprised how easy it was to put together and am very pleased with them i hiccup with evri sorted by songmics wil be buying more soon overall great service

Absolutely nightmare of an experience, asked me over and over again to go and find a large box to repackage their item that their courier left out in the rain so the box is ruined. Told me the cost of the return would be at my own cost ! Absolutely a nightmare, do not buy from them!

I bought a coffee table from here and the pieces did not fit together. I raised a return on the 10th June and today 26th I still have not been able to return it. Customer service is as terrible as the quality of the coffee table. Their phones are "open" for 2 hours 8:30 - 10:30 however it's only an answering machine. You send an email and they responded at 4am, meaning you're not actively able to communicate with anyone. They have partnered with the worst delivery company, who do not turn up to collect and lie about attempts. All whilst you're home for 13 hours straight. You can buy their stuff from shein and I highly recommend doing that, it's not worth the hassle. Today they have requested I take pictures of the coffee table to show the broken part to see if they can do a no return refund, so they expect me to build the coffee table to the part that does not fit! Do not buy from this place!!!!

Great price, super speedy delivery, securely packaged. I’m very happy with the product (dog beds). I was wary to place an order with Songmics having read the reviews on here, but very pleased that I took the risk.

Order never received. Not so smart purchased a first order without checking the reviews. Order never received what is possible but getting an update concerning the order from this company isn't possible neighter.

Bought and assembled a shelving unit. Sparsely worded instruction manual suggests the use of a hammer to help bring interlocking pieces together. Any level of force above unhelpfully inadequate causes the soft, cheap metal pieces to bend out of shape. This leads to the customer spending hours of their time trying to simultaneously assemble and fix the product. Avoid this company, like I will for the rest of my life.

I have purchased a total of 12 filing cabinets at different times from this seller on Amazon. Four have been delivered damaged - that's 33% of my purchases from this seller. All arrived in an undamaged box with very robust packing - so they were obviously damaged before being boxed and shipped to Amazon customers. What kind of seller operates like that? Yes it's possible to send things back and get refunded or received replacement, but who wants to spend their life repacking and dealing with couriers. Once my latest issue is resolved I'm finished with Songmics. Amazon should remove them as a seller.

Ordered a pair of kitchen stools from the web site but got sent the wrong ones virtually impossible to get hold of Custer service, finally had a email reply and got sent a return label, and then the item was not collected. Still trying to get this sorted out after waiting in for two days for collection

Have been looking for a waste bin for sometime! Love the colour (sand beige) and style of it. Excellent quality! It arrived well wrapped up too. Couriers delivered to wrong address but managed to track it down ourselves.

Hi is this a scam? I paid for an item and have not received any tracking, I contacted your support sent several emails no reply, also called the number listed on your site just voicemail, I will be taking this matter further if I do not receive my order

I purchased 2 bins that came with bin liners to fit. Once these ran out I couldn’t find the correct size on line or for the site that I purchased from (Amazon) I contacted songmics stating the exact make and model of bins I have, I asked where to purchase the correct size liners.
The email reply asked for receipt of purchase, a direct link to the item and a serial number.
The bin broke after a few weeks, the lid would not close properly, after my emails explaining the issue, I was asked to send a picture of the bin lid!! It’s delay tactics all over.

All I wanted was the correct size bags to fit the bin.
This company uses delay tactics and they should be avoided at all costs.

Company arranged for collection of item and supplied return postage label. They are now, 4 weeks later refusing my refund saying they did not receive the item. Not my problem, I don't work for Songmics or returns courier.

Please avoid this merchant at all costs, questionable business practices!

I have made the mistake of ordering a standing desk directly from their website. I realized right after I submitted the order that it was the wrong size, then sent an email right away to cancel the order. This was Friday afternoon, but still during work hours. On Monday morning I tried calling their support phone line (operating between 8:30AM and 10:30AM mind you), and of course no one picked up. Around noon on Monday I received an email from them that the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already been dispatched and that I would be liable for the return shipping costs.

Never ordering anything from these people again. Please do the same!

I have been really impressed by the quality of the products purchased from Songmics. The prices are very reasonable and all the hex keys and screwdrivers required for assembly are included within the packs of screws.
Assembly has been particularly easy compared to other flat packed furniture and the goods were delivered on time; can't fault them at all.
The products look so good, we've purchased several matching pieces to fit out a shop. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to share the fantastic experience I received from Songmics.

I ordered one of their products from Amazon and it came damaged - so not a good start but it's the first time I've had this problem with them. I went to Amazon and they said to send the 20kg parcel back after repackaging, but I had already half built the item.

I reached out to Songmics directly and they sent a spare part for the broken item, meaning I didn't have to disassemble, repackage, send the item back and re-order once my refund had come through. Their customer service rep, Jacob, really went above and beyond. I know it probably saved Songmics money not to have to receive a chargeback or something from Amazon, but it saved me time and effort to cart the thing back, and the petrol and admin to process it all. It was a win-win-win situation that I worried would get lost in the 'computer says no' of admin but luckily that wasn't the case. 5/5 very satisfied customer, and my new sideboard looks great!

Purchased a double washing basket, it arrived within 2 days, seems to be good quality especially for the price! Very pleased with the whole experience.
