Hello,
That’s so nice to hear! We’re really glad you enjoyed turning your favorite poem into a song. Thank you for sharing this with us!
Remix: Original melody not kept
I searched for an AI that lets me remix any song while keeping the original melody. And it worked while testing it out. But after subscribing to Somio Standard, suddenly the original melody was no longer kept in the remix and it sounded nothing like the original in many cases. Onky rarely it kept the melody. I hope this can be fixed in the future

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback.
We’d like to clarify that Somio does not use different remix quality or settings for free trials and paid subscriptions. The generation results can vary depending on the prompts and settings used for each remix.
If you’d like, please contact us at support@somio.ai with the original song and the prompts you used. Our team would be happy to take a closer look and help you get closer to the original melody.

Solmi Ai baits you to purchase the service, then after you complete your video here comes the switch. they should tell you up front the cost of a complete video. Instead of telling you after you design your video, which is nothing like you prompted. I mean nothing after basically holding the video hostage, its not what you prompted.

Hello,
We believe there may be a misunderstanding here. Our service is Somio AI, not “Solmi AI,” and the experience described in this review does not match how Somio AI works.
For Somio AI video generation, the required credits are clearly displayed before you start generating, so users can see the cost upfront. There is no situation where the credit cost is only revealed after the video has been generated.
We kindly ask that you update or remove it to avoid misleading other users.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.
In July, you purchased three monthly subscription plans on your account: one Basic plan and two Standard plans. These subscriptions were set to renew automatically according to their respective billing cycles.
Before each renewal, we send a reminder email 7 days and 2 days in advance so customers have the opportunity to contact us and cancel their subscription before the next charge. Customers can simply reply to that email or contact our support team to request cancellation.
In this case, the cancellation requests were submitted after the relevant renewal charges had already been processed. Therefore, the charges were not unauthorized or unexpected recurring charges made without notice.
When you contacted us yesterday, we reviewed your account and had already taken action to help resolve the situation.
We take billing transparency seriously and always aim to make our subscription terms and renewal process clear. We’re also happy to assist customers with cancellation requests before their next renewal to help avoid unwanted charges.
We hope this clarification helps explain what happened and provides a more complete picture of the situation.

Hello,
Hello,
We understand your point of view and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
To help new users discover Somio, we offer 10 free credits when you sign up so you can try our features. Only some features require additional credits, particularly those that use more advanced models or require more resources due to the higher costs of AI generation.
We hope these free credits will still give you a chance to explore Somio and see what it can offer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We would like to clarify that we offer 10 free credits, allowing users to try our tool and experience its features before making a purchase.
Creating music with AI requires advanced algorithms, significant computing resources, and supporting infrastructure, which means the service cannot be provided completely free of charge without limitations.

I initially experienced an issue with my annual subscription, but the Somio AI team responded quickly and transparently. They acknowledged the error, explained the situation clearly, and ensured my plan remained active.
I truly appreciate the honesty and efficiency of their support. Their willingness to resolve problems with clarity and care gives me confidence in continuing to use the platform.
Behind the technology, there is a team genuinely committed to their customers — and that makes all the difference.

Can't use 10 free sign-up credits
Can't use 10 free sign-up credits, I tried to generate a remix using the AI remix tool yet generating a remix is locked behind a paywall.
I only found out after being locked out after logging in to try finish it. Very misleading and disappointing that you can't test it without being forced to pay.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and any misleading impression caused.
Currently, the AI Remix feature is temporarily restricted to premium users. However, we want to let you know that we are already working on an upgrade. The Remix feature will be officially available to free users by the first week of July.
We value your feedback and want you to be able to test our tool. Please reach out to us at support@somio.ai with your registered email address, and our support team will immediately look into a solution for you.

Life Changing Experience
I have been writing lyrics for most of my adult life. I am 74 years old and retired. I also played in a band for 27 years but had to give it up due to arthritis so bad I can't play guitar for more than a few minutes.
I found this program online and thought I'd give it a try. Life changing is all I can say about Somia.ai
Now I can put my music to life and share with the world online.
