Ordered a charger which when eventually arrived didn't work. Tried to return the item through website "return orders" only to receive a response email that my "return request has been rejected" Only point of contact is email and since then no response.
Can not believe it's still up & running they have stolen £44 from my daughter....how many others

Ordered 2 AirTag | Protective Leather Loop Key Ring Case - Classic Brown on 26 December and still had nothing! Tried tracking the order which got me nowhere and have emailed to see what is going on and no answer

I’ve waited over 4 weeks for my purchase to be delivered. Tracking is hopeless, it was last updated 10 days ago. One reply to my enquiries only saying ‘it’s on its way.’ My advice, from my experience, do not use this company. Absolutely useless

Ordered on the 26th of December for a wireless charger. Was on promo for buy 2 get 3rd free. They deliver their promise and exactly got 3rd one free. Communication needs to improve but they contacted me after a week and product delivery took nearly two weeks to arrive. Overall product is in good quality but communication and delivery time needs to improve.

They take your order for £25 and then order from China themselves for £3, to be delivered directly to you. It will take a Month to Arrive if you are lucky, many orders never arrive !!

Like a number of others, ordered some items, first one that arrived was in the wrong colour. Contacted them immediately (28th November), but still not got the right product. Don’t bother, it’s a total waste of time.

It’s a SCAM pure and simple. Doesn’t even exist.

Absolute nightmare of a company! Ordered 2 straps & after waiting over 3 weeks I received one of the two but it was the wrong colour. After paying for a return for an exchange, I’m still waiting 9 weeks down the line. Finally received second strap but to no surprise it’s not the item I ordered!! I know there’s no point in even trying to return the second strap so I’m now £50 out of pocket😡. I have sent so many emails to them with barely no response!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! Clearly paying Google to top search engines when they can’t supply items, look at all the negative reviews, if you’ve come to TrustPilot checking them out your in the same boat as the rest of us, I paid via PayPal and await my refund for non delivery of my item, they don’t respond at all to contact, same default reply on here. It’s another of those scam companies pretending they’re UK based when in fact it’s all cheap rubbish from China hence the long shipping times. Look at their Facebook page, about 5 followers for a company that tops Google ? Come on….Google as much to blame as these scammers.

These watch straps are cheap and poor quality. They have been dropshipped from China and consequently, the delivery time is extremely long. Do not waste your time here. You can find many higher quality alternatives on Amazon (some are cheaper as well!).
I also ordered the Apple Airtag cases and no surprises here - the quality was awful. They were falling as soon as they left the packet. If you are going to drop ship something from China, at least dropship a higher quality unit, otherwise you will find a plethora of bad reviews as this brand is receiving.

Didn't realise it was shipping from China. Not exactly made clear. Still waiting on the strap, but given the other reviews, I doubt it will be worth the wait.

Same as all the other bad reviews on here. Ordered a strap that I couldn’t use and inferior quality. Took 3 weeks for them to advise me how to return. Sent back 3 weeks ago and despite several emails I have had no reply and no refund. Avoid this company, absolute rip-off merchants.

Gave one star because I can’t give zero! Absolute scam of a company. Sent out (possibly intentionally?) wrong and inferior item. After numerous follow-up emails, still trying to get a refund for returned item (that I had to pay to return) months ago. Have had to go to my bank To get my money back. Avoid avoid avoid!

DO NOT USE - Over the past weeks I have tried desperately to purchase watch straps as a gift and have received terrible customer service from the team.

The first set of straps I purchased were the wrong size. I sent these back and still have not received my refund - they are completely ghosting me.

Upon receiving my second order of straps I noticed that not only was sent the wrong colour but that the strap came with permanent marks. I contacted them about the damaged item and the team has again gone quiet and I have not received a replacement nor a refund for the damaged item.

Under the Consumer Rights Act I have a statutory right to be refunded the full amount (including shipping) as the items are clearly faulty. They also misrepresented the colour advertised on the website which therefore breaks our consumer contract.

Measured mine and my wife’s wrists using the measuring guide on: sololoopstrap.com and after minimal communication (not a good thing) the straps arrived just under two weeks later. Sadly the loop straps for our iwatches were too big, but we were prepared to overlook this and loose a bit of iwatch functionality (I.e: heart rate monitor and ECG function not able to work due to looseness). Within just over two weeks however the straps stretched and got bigger and now the watches flop around on our wrists, as well as the braiding on the straps snagging. I have written to the company politely twice, but they will not respond to resolve (RMA / replacement / refund). I wish I had read the reviews on the company before purchasing, as it is blatantly clear that they have no customer service, or care for customers. I now have two straps that are defective and not fit fit purpose and no way to get refunds, or replacements.
If you do one thing before buying from this company, take onboard the 1 star ⭐️ reviews, save your money and buy from elsewhere. Next stop trading standards for me, as there are too many companies out there paying Google the big £ to appear at the top of pages/searches to get sales, but not conforming to UK service and sale of goods standards - Avoid this company at all costs.
