Extreme level of arrogance and disrespect towards customers

I have had the most horrible and terrifying treatment as a black person after having been given a Dyness battery with a faulty BMS brand new out of the box. I took it back to them the day after and they failed to exchange it for a new one claiming it had to be sent to supplier and turn around time is 2 to 14 working days. It took them 14 days of testing and figuring out a false story while they are enjoying the comfort of spending my money without delivering.
They respond to issues in an unprofessional manner and I strongly believe this was because of my skin colour. This was as if money coming from a black person was of less value.
They then started demanding documents to the installer. I showed them all relevant documents and above all, my BTec qualification in Heavy Current Electrical Engineering.
They then handed my battery not in its original packaging and dropped it in front of my car leaving it with scratches as if I had it for 5 years poorly attended. Only to find that they have stolen other accessories that come with it.
They turn not to understand or follow their SOP when it comes to a black person.
I’m not sure if there are way of attaching pictures and vice notes to how rude the team was responding on the this platform for everyone to be aware.
They don’t accept a product if it’s not in its original packaging or damaged. But they dump it in your face when the ball is in their court.
Even after having escalated this matter to their Director, nothing fruitful was accomplished. He was even more arrogant after noticing that he is speaking to a black man.
I have purchased 3 other Dyness batteries and inverter in the past which remain untouched. Unfortunately I’m returning them as I’m not happy with how they operate.
This was the worse experience I’ve ever received. They are kind up until they hold on to your money.

Thank you for your review , we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We are sorry that you feel this way , please note that making this a race concern is really unprofessional.

Note we have more people of colour that work for us if this matters for you. Please note as indicated to you in person as well on email we have pushed for a replacement battery from the supplier but have failed as the supplier has indicated the unit was not faulty out of the box and there were a few cycles run on the battery from your side . We have provided you with the report as well from Dyness that the unit was not faulty out of the box.
We have requested the documents which we have still not received to be able to assist you as a customer to make sure your installation has been done correctly in order to make sure you will not have any issues in the future with your order.  We have still not received the parameters which was requested on :  Thu, Sep 4, 10:11 AM (5 days ago)
Please note your battery was not returned in original packaging as your box was damaged . We have replaced the box and gave it back to you in original packaging. Your battery was not scratched from our side or the supplier side as indicated ,you have mounted the battery on the bottom side  hence the scratches on the bottom .Note none of your accessories was "stolen" all of your accessories were provided to you on collection.False your repair will be accepted if its in full packaging or not

As always these guys deliver. Best and fastest service that I have ever experienced. Their products are of an exceptional quality and you can expect delivery within 3 days.
Their Kempton park warehouse are the best.
