Inundated with emails

Inundated with emails, calls and message from IntegriSolar. Asked several times to stop contacting me, but so far no luck getting them to stop.

Hi Luke, we are disheartened that our communication felt overwhelming. As a family-run business, we aim to be helpful, never intrusive.

Your details reached us via a third-party site. Often, these platforms share data with multiple companies simultaneously, which can unfortunately lead to a surge in contact from various providers at once.

Regarding our specific outreach: an SMS “STOP” request automatically opts you out of text messaging, but as many customers still prefer a conversation, we followed up via phone to confirm your interest. However, once you unsubscribed from our emails, we immediately blacklisted your data across all our channels.

We take your feedback very seriously. We are currently investigating this timeline alongside our GDPR protocols and our partnership with the third-party provider to ensure our high standards are met. If you believe you have received any communication after your final opt-out, please contact us directly so we can investigate further.

Professional service

Big thank you to Adam, Ellie and the team. Professional installation, polite, and willing to answer questions throughout. We are really happy with our solar and battery system. Would highly recommend.

We recently had upgraded solar…

We recently had upgraded solar batteries fitted at our property by IntegriSolar and we’re very pleased with the service. The men who carried out the work were extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout. Everything was explained clearly, the work was carried out efficiently, and they left everything tidy. A great experience from start to finish.

Well done to Intgri Solar / Upgrade Solar

Hi I started my search in October last year I met so many solar companies and even made a schedule, at the end I was a bit confused between choosing sig energy battery 9.8 kw or Tesla battery 15 KW , after doing intensive search and then meeting Adam whom was so professional and explained they are local to my area I decided to go with intgri solar/ Solar upgrade company with sig energy , once I signed the contract I got all the help I needed from Adam/Ellie and Jess they are a phone call away to support on any issue or question I had.
My system was installed in December and running great so happy I chose this company for my project.
Fantastic company , professional team highly recommend them.

Highly Recommended

From initial enquiry to completion of the installation Solar Upgrades have been nothing but informative, professional and approachable.
Adam was endlessly patient with us and once the package was decided, a date was arranged for installation and the team arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. The backroom staff sorted paperwork and kept us informed.
We dont hesitate to recommend them.

Perfection

This is a very difficult review to do because how do you review perfection, let me try to explain, so from our first meeting with Adam and Ellie everything was explained in detail from the product to the fitting, so we decided to go ahead with the Solar, we were given a date for the panels and the lads arrived and got on with it, nice blokes who like a “pasty” panels were fitted, Adam arrived with a couple of blokes and they got on with the commissioning including a EV charger and everything was up and running, what more could you ask for, everything was left clean and tidy, so if you are reading this thinking you would like to have Solar panels, look no further ring Integri solar, book them in and watch your electric bill vanish, people have commented on how good it all looks and being an ex builder that really important, Adam, Ellie and the team are fantastic better than we could have wished for, Thank you

Absolutely thrilled with Integrisolar

Absolutely thrilled with Integrisolar! From the initial quote, which was very competitive, to the completed installation of our solar, battery, and EV charger system, the entire process was incredibly smooth and quick. The team were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble for them. Their professionalism and workmanship are top-notch. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was and the fantastic communication at each stage. I highly recommend Integrisolar to anyone looking for a hassle-free and efficient installation.

Excellent service. Polite and friendly while carrying out the work. Very knowledgeable about their trade. After care five star too. Very helpful for helping me set up the app. I can’t recommend them enough.
