Solarsolutionsusa Omdömen

As a new solar customer, I had some questions about my billing and how
everything would work with PP&L. I was told someone would review my bill and get back to
me, and then William followed through exactly as promised. When he called back, he took the
time to clearly explain how the billing process works and how I would see savings reflected
on my electric bill. It was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and I really
appreciated the patience and detail they provided.I was also very impressed with how well
they kept me updated during the installation process. The project manager sent regular text
updates at every stage, all the way through to the final connection of my system to the PP&L
grid.Overall, I feel confident I chose a good company , and I’m very happy with the service I Received

I wanted to go solar but didn't have much information about it. I got quotes from 4
different companies and only William from Solar Solutions USA told me the realistic
approach and also guided me about the system size I required. He didn’t upsell the system to
me and answered all the questions I asked him. I remember the first meeting was an hour
long and he was such a polite and knowledgeable person that he resolved all of my concerns
then and there. From the first call to the final inspection everything was handled
professionally. The crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up the yard completely before
leavin

Great experience with the company, and the sales rep William was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I first heard about Solar Solutions USA from a neighbor down the street and
decided to give them a call, which I’m really glad I did. From the first meeting, nothing felt
rushed. The representative took the time to inspect the roof, looked at shading from nearby
trees, and clearly explained why certain panel placements would work better than others. It
felt very thorough and honest.Installation started about two weeks later, and the crew arrived
on time every day. They were respectful of the property and even made sure to let us know
before using any louder equipment around the house. There was a slight delay in getting the
system activated due to an additional utility inspection, but the office kept us updated
throughout the process so we always knew what was going on.Now that everything is
running, the savings are already noticeable, and the monitoring app makes it easy to track
daily solar production. Overall, a very smooth experience with them.

The team was amazing to work with! William answered all of our questions
and helped us navigate all of the options for our solar system and even helped us
upgrade our quote to accommodate a hybrid vehicle. Our solar panels are performing
wonderfully and look great. I highly recommend this company and moving into solar
power!

William was very helpful throughout the design process and took the time to
make sure the system fit our needs. He was also responsive whenever I had questions or
concerns about the different design options. There were a few hiccups early on with getting
the final design approved, but the team handled them well and made the rest of the process
smooth for us. The install crew was excellent, especially the team leader, and they made the
installation day a great experience. The panels have been working well since day one, and
overall we’re very happy with the result

They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process, keeping me informed with regular updates on contracts, permits, and project progress. During the installation process, I decided to make a few changes, and their team was very accommodating. They were also able to move my installation date up by nearly a month, which was a pleasant surprise. The installation itself was efficient and professionally handled, taking only about six hours to complete. Afterward, they promptly provided all the necessary documentation required to claim the available incentives and credits. Based on my overall experience, I would highly recommend Solar Solutions USA to anyone considering going solar.

I conducted extensive research prior to transitioning to solar energy, and Solar Solutions USA was frequently mentioned in discussions within my neighborhood's Facebook group. Upon contacting them, I received an immediate quote, and the entire process thereafter was remarkably smooth. The installation team arrived punctually, and despite some initial delays with permits, everything proceeded according to schedule. They even left my yard in a cleaner condition than they found it. The installation crew demonstrated professionalism and transparency throughout the entire process.
Highly recommended!
