What made my experience great was Ria…
What made my experience great was Ria one of you friendly, helpful and professional team members. This was my first ever journey getting finance for a project this size. She was on board with me ensuring that if I had any questions she had the answers and I never felt inadequate. Even when some of my questions seemed a bit strange. It was my pleasure to work through the process with her, constantly keeping in touch either by phone or sms text message. I never felt like I had to struggle through the process by myself.

Thanks for your kind words.
Admittedly, with the introduction of the battery rebate, we have been busier than usual. As a result, our response times have not been as quick as we'd like them.
To combat this, we have added two new brokers to our team of nine. Once training is complete, this will reduce the workload per staff member.
