The team, particularly Anna were lovely to deal with, gave me a decent price, and went above and beyond to ensure it was all sorted and even helped me move supplier and ring the new supplier to get things sorted

I recently had a battery installed by Solar Panels. The engineer who installed it did an excellent job and I am already enjoying the benefits of cheaper electricity. Solar Panels also arranged for my thermal solar panels to be inspected and maintained. I am also pleased to have had this done as it was some years since they had last been checked. Very pleased to have dealt with a reliable company like Solar Panels.

Ivan is the man he worked his little socks off. He came on a Sunday all on his own and removed the Solar panels and heater for the water, said he would be back next day but due to heavy rain came when the rain stopped and worked on the back of the roof taking tiles off and replacing the felt then put the tiles back on making it water proof before he went home, told me every thing he was doing and showed me pictures of the roof. came back and finished the front roof having to fit a few new tiles cleaned everything down and he worked until 7.30pm then came to tell me every thing was done and was i pleased with it he also arranged for the scaff to come down the next day.
If i had any problems I phoned Mark who was very pleasant and said he would phone me back in five min.
which he did twice .all in all very pleased with the company and the staff I would Trust them to do any more work for me Thanks Guysxxx

So that new roof tiles could be fitted my 7 solar panels were removed and put back afterwards.
This family firm then sent men to check it all. In the loft a device needed replacing, and a fire-safety device added.
3 days later another man, Ivan, thoroughly cleaned the panels and put wire-netting around them to stop any potential damage from birds. The previous day a food delivery man had almost dropped the cardboard box at the pavement end of my drive, resulting in a bag of very small seeds splitting. Too late I realised they were in all the nooks and crannies of the drive, and Ivan very kindly power-washed them away.
On the 16th another man, Ilya, came to fit a new device in the loft and add a fire-safety one. I mentioned that the boss had told me on the 2nd that all Growatt devices needed to be removed from the house due to a new law coming in to that effect at the end of March, because of the fire risk from their lithium batteries. Once the work in the loft had been done, Ilya postponed another appointment to move the 2 Growatts the other side of the wall, into the garage. So kind.
From the boss to his sons they were all very amiable, helpful, hard-working men, who didn't rush this old lady and did an excellent job, with great respect and efficiency. Highly recommended.

They have given me great assistance. They are all very genial, a pleasure to deal with.

Engineer arrived on time, was polite, very thorough, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and my neighbours questions ( he came as I asked him to as I’m a widow)
The Man who replaced my solar inverter, was polite, took all the rubbish back with him, so I did have to dispose of it.

Mark, the assessor is very polite, not at all 'pushy' & explained clearly the process & requirements.
The installation did not go quite as smoothly as hoped due to staffing shortages but Marcus resolved the problem & kept me informed throughout. the installation was completed with minimal disruption and no mess. I got the impression the the whole company had my best interests at heart.

I rang with an issue with my batteries. After an initial delay, Ana organised for Marcus to do a home visit within an hour. He sorted the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent service, I will use them again

Very happy with the service from this family run company. We had issues after the inverter was fitted which they supported us with and promptly sorted out.

Above all Mark was excellent with his help and wide knowledge. Nick was friendly and helpful cleaning the panels and the guy who installed everything was courteous and quick. I cannot find fault (except an incorrect submission of the reading of the old meter - though this was covered by a photograph).
