Never received my order no. #1476 that I ordered on 24th June.
Emailed them 5-6 times in the last month. No response.

Scam website. They don't send the product but produce a delivery code and that's as far as it goes. Customer service is none existent. Thankfully I will get my money back from my bank. Avoid

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER!!!
BEWARE: Fraudulent website - advertising the Trtl neck pillow using pictures and description from official website. Items took several weeks to arrive only to be cheap, nasty knock-offs.
Have contacted Solanly via email address several times with no response, their customer service number is an invalid number. I will be reporting to trading standards. Shame on you Solanly!!!!!!

My daughter also ordered a Trtl neck pillow from this so called company, which was advertised as the genuine article, even using the same pictures and descriptions from the original Trtl website. It eventually arrived after weeks of waiting to late for her travels, only to find that it was a cheap nasty fake piece of trash. Their contact telephone number is obsolete. I emailed them multiple times to request a refund, received no response. Clearly a scam company. Stay well away!

I ordered a Trtl neck pillow from this so called company, which was advertised as the genuine article, even using the same pictures and descriptions from the original Trtl website. Solanly.com - AVOID!
I ordered two TRTL neck pillows from this site but after a long delay with the courier I received two non-branded inferior versions. The website continues to show a description and photos of the TRTL brand.
Customer support telephone number listed on the site is not a valid phone number. Avoid this site!
