Got what I wanted at a great value

I previously gave 4 star because of installation problems but 3 weeks after that evaluation I have changed to a 5 star because the installation problems were minor and everything is working fine since I solved the installation, the next day. Their response time was excellent and the problem was on my end, as I guess I hadn't given the tech support enough information.

Downloaded a program through this company. Initially the activation code did not work, but I emailed them the error message I recieved and got a prompt reply with a new code and now am happily enjoying my program! Definately recommend!

I'm glad I found them... Communicated with Mike at first and then Amire for technical support using Team Viewer, both were exceptional. Couldn't be happier. All those who have given one star reviews don't know what they're talking about, haven't got the patience and don't know a they're on to a good thing when it slaps them in the face

Great prices and excellent customer service. I honestly thought this might have been a scam, but Software Unlocker is a registered MS partner. I had a hiccup with the first license they provided. They were quick to respond and my Win 11 Pro system is now properly registered.

They provided virtually immediate responses to my purchase order and follow up support request. From personal experience I know that purchasing older versions of MS Office can be tricky, particularly since MicroSoft is always issuing updates to existing software while at the same time trying to market unnecessary product upgrades. When the first activation code for my MS Office 2021 package got rejected by Microsoft, a simple email back to SU LTD got a quick response with an alternate activation code. The second one worked with no problems. Yes, it was a little extra work, but certainly a LOT cheaper than paying the preposterous costs/fees that MicroSoft demands for their latest version of the same product. Bottom line: in less than one business day I had purchased and installed a fully functional version of MS Office on my new PC. It was like buying a used car that was a lease return. Not brand new, but a lot less than the new car price and it works just as good as the new one. Just have to do a test drive to work the bugs out.

This is an absolute scam. I purchased the program yesterday and tried to download the product key is not viable per Microsoft, I will be trying now to get my money back. Do not buy from this company.

I made mistake and bought windows 11 instead of windows ten and they were kind and easy to with helping solve the issue.

Just purchased Office 2021 professional and tried to download to PC. My computer is saying this download could be harmful and it's suspicious. I then went to the Microsoft Website to download with the license key code and it's not valid license number.
I sent an email asking for a refund since there are a lot of red flags. If this is legit then the key code should work on the website.

The support was outstanding!!! I had an issue that was my fault but they still help correct my error. Thank you so much for the help.

It took a little while to receive my "key" code by e-mail (3 hrs.) but afterwards their customer service was quick to answer questions I had regarding downloading and installing software.

I purchased a Windows 11 license incorrectly, my fault (Home edition vs Pro). Their Support Personnel helped me fix the issue by responding super fast with dedication and professionalism.
Problem was solved.
I will look for their services in the future and recommend it to others as well.

Great price, downloaded with no issues

Software only worked for a few days and then quit. Tried to reinstall and was unable to. Microsoft stated that the software I was trying to update was outdated and suggested a later version. Very disappointing. I would appreciate a refund.
