I bought Microsoft Office for Home and Student and it stopped working all of sudden it said that the key number has been used already by someone else. what a waste of money

It took a few hours to get the license key email, but everything worked!

I recently made a purchase from Softwareshuttle for a copy of Windows 10 Home 64bit. After paying for it they sent me instructions saying there would be two emails comming, one with a link to download windows 10 home 64 and the other would contain the liscense key. Well, I got the download (it was a link to microsoft's download center) but never received the serial key. I sent multiple e-mails trying to get my serial key and never received ANY responses from them. I contacted my credit card company and let them know what was going on and reported Softwareshuttle as a Scam site and I asked My CC company to reverse the charges.

I was a first time buyer, somewhat apprehensive but figured I'd buy from them. I was putting it on a experimental application and wasn't sure it'd work... I got a phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he wound up walking me entirely through the installation process that was giving me so much trouble (on my end)... Followed the directions given, registered the product and no issues or problems whatsoever. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative!

I will not trust this company again. It's been one week now and I did not receive my online download of Microsoft office 2016. I sent them multiple emails and I didn't get any reply . Now I contact my bank to disput my transection.

I bought a product that lead me to belive it contained OUTLOOK. This was not the case and when I tried to call no one answered.

Ordered ms office but confo email with link never recvd. Emailed customer svc but no response. Emailed again on second day because no phone Nbr on the site. They called me and discovered their own email service was down. I worked with the rep by phone to finally get the download link. The download process was easy. All worked fine. Price was great compared to other sites.

Software worked as promised, with the features. Delivery was prompt.

I did not know that there was going to be a charge as foreign transaction fee. Nowhere on your website it says that there would be such a fee. Not a big deal but I think being transparent is important.

Bought Windows 7 professional. Best price on web. License was valid but needed to activate via the phone. Would do again.

The Microsoft Office (for a Mac) Download was exactly what I needed!

but I didn't like or particularly trust the web site I was directed to for the Mac download. It would have been better if they just let you download the MS media creation tool.

I bought Windows 10 to load on my MacBook pro. I had a glitch on my little netbook and lost the link to the windows download. I was able to contact Softwareshuttle and they took it from there to help me, confirming purchase and resending link. Great customer service.

could have a little more info on iso file but i figured it out. Able to rejuvenate an old computer with vista into a much better computer with windows 7.

Software shuttle responded quickly and solved my problem when I had trouble downloading certain software. I appreciate there willingness to go the extra mile and resolve my problem quickly and willingly with out a hassle.

I ordered something that didn't work for me. They were extremely responsive when I contacted them and did not hesitate to give me a refund.

I am not sure if this is a startup company, but they need to invest more on customer service. Getting through to someone to resolve my windows 10 activation key issue was very tedious. in the end while the issue was resolved it was a very tedious experience.

I was a bit hesitant at first, but went ahead and bought Windows 10 Home from software shuttle. Immediately got the emails confirming my copy and key, installed it new and legitimate key, would use again!

Responded to emails within the hour even over the holidays. Resolved my issue.

Softwareshuttle offers MS Office 2016 Home and Business for a truly exceptional price. This is a hard item to find because Microsoft is really pushing hard for their subscription-model Office 365, and you have to look closely to find a traditional standalone version which is compatible with the sometimes quirky Windows 10. Download was quick and easy. Installation was flawless. I highly recommend doing business with Softwareshuttle!
