Plaza Software worked great for me. Was concerned initially as with any download site, but it was an excellent experience. As a long time IT person, I was impressed.
Bought 2 office packages which installed very easy no issues. Decided to buy a third differnt software package which I had a couple issues with. Their support staff was great, I generally hate contacting support, but these guys were good and quick response. Problem resolved. Love it-

I purchased a key for windows 10, and the key apparently had already been used on another machine. However, when I contacted support (and the support email address was at the bottom of the email with the key - didn't have to dig for it), the support team effectively resolved the issue and I had my windows install activated within hours of purchase. Can't give a perfect review, but customer support was good, and for the price I suppose I can't expect as smooth a process as buying directly from microsoft.

September 13, 2015 we ordered 2 Microsoft Office Home & Business 2010 (Instant Download). I was able to download mine, but my husband has NEVER been able to download his. We cannot sign in anymore so we are out $110.00 for something that we never even got to use. I have sent emails, called and now am reporting them to the BBB.

Bought Microsoft Office from them many times. All keys have worked so far. No problems here. I see all the bad reviews for the Win 7 keys but customer s don't know sometimes a phone activation is needed regardless where you purchased the key from.

Purchased MS Office Pro 2013 in Feb 16 and it has crashed on me. I cannot get anyone to respond to my phone calls - emails.

Same experience as everyone else. Puchased Windows 7 Pro and the activation key is invalid.

UPDATE: I contacted SoftwarePlaza on a Sunday, and within an hour they sent me a new activation key, which worked.

I bought Windows 7 from them and the key was invalid. Contacted Microsoft and they said it was counterfeit! Tried calling customer service multiple times and they never pick up. The only way I'm going to get my money back is through a chargeback - and that's a hassle.

I would give them a 0 star rating if I could, but it won't go any lower than 1.

Do NOT buy from this company!

I thought I did. I bought Win7 from KingSoftware in the Software Plaza marketplace. The first activation key didn't work. I sent Software Plaza an angry email and they got back to me the next day saying not to worry, another activation key would be sent from the vendor. Later that day I got the replacement key. That didn't work with the online activation, but it did work through the phone activation. In my experience, their service recovery was solid. I would consider buying from software plaza again.

Just bought the windows 7 software for $59. Scam. THe key does not work. Wish I had read these reviews

Purchased operating system. Impossible to download software, product key does not pass validation by Microsoft and there is no one seems to be taking care of a customers. No response by email or Phone. Tried to return item but there suggested RMA system doesn't work as well. It is scam!!!

This company is pretty much a fraud. There is no customer service and no one to answer phones. Every time I call I get the same voice mail. There is no return policy. I was taken for $59 for a product key that doesn't even work. Don't buy anything from this site.

We ordered software and the license keys were invalid for every single item we ordered!!! Tried calling for customer service multiple time and every line goes to voicemail and have NEVER received a return call. Submitted request for RMA Online but have yet to hear back from it either. They sure processed and took our money quickly but don't do anything else quickly.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT

Got a Win 7 license key that does not work. Very unresponsive customer support, took 5 business days for a response, finally got a support ticket. Let's see if they will provide a good key.

I bought a windows 7 professional software download and license from softwareplaza.com. The software failed to activate. Their support is rude and blows you off. They threaten to send you to collections if you chargeback, which is a suspect policy. They claim money back guarantee, but their RMA submission form doesn't work, it fails to submit. They also delete bad reviews. My negative review on their site disappeared within 24 hours of submitting it, but if you search around, you'll find plenty of similar complaints on sites like BBB for this business. Don't give them your money, or at least ensure your credit card company has a good chargeback policy.

This is a great site for sellers to reach a large number of buyers. They have ads on major search engines. Great support and review process. Thanks!!

Bought the windows 7 download, they email me the instruction and key after I placed than order , it was smooth transaction,will highly recommend them will be back for more product, thank you
