This is a ridiculous company who spam call you and after doing some research, their employees are the ones leaving five star reviews. This is an Indian based scam. to try and get companies to pay ridiculous amount of money for leads that aren’t gonna benefit you at all.

Their customer team is amazing. Every question and request is fulfilled with high urgency.

A huge shoutout to Adam, Ashley, Zak, and Kate, who supported us throughout onboarding to going live.

As a potential applicant to multiple positions they opened in their outsourced office in Lahore Pakistan, they successfully managed to become one of the most non transparent, fully toxic and unprofessional recruitment process champion company.
NOT RECOMMENDED due to their unethical hiring practices, workplace toxicity and management biasness.

I filled out a form on one of their blog posts and got a callback pretty quickly. They lined up some good EHR demos and the salesperson got straight to the point. Didn’t feel too spammy, which is rare with these kinds of services

Unethical PPL (Pay per Lead) Program
I was interested to learn about SoftwareFinder's PPL (pay per lead) program.

1) They ignore all market norms, which is base pricing on deal value. Instead they sell based on company size. This could mean a tiny deal at a large firm would cost more than revenue earned.

2) Pricing is through the roof - about 3 times higher than normal market ranges - or this was 'tiered marketing' - trying it on' - seeing which vendors would be foolish enough to consider that pricing.

Clearly there are differences in value for bottom vs. mid. vs top-of-the-funnel leads. But their pricing is absolutely outrageous. Back out the numbers to see the ratio of demos to signed clients and they are looking for 1-2yr's revenue.

They did try to offer me a 3m discount, but that's irrelevant, as I would never work with such an unethical company.

Don't forget these are SHARED leads - not unique. I can hire other firms to get me leads that are unique for my firm and pay less than half.

I am truly disgusted with the entire process and so much wasted time.

At the end of the call I 'called a spade a spade' and stated FACTS: their business model was back-to-front; leads must be priced off deal value not company size and pricing was pie in the sky. Let's end the call here.' My tone was direct and harsh but wording was professional.

Their sales person then emailed telling me how rude I was and unethical!! Really? I was rude for stating facts?

I reached out to their Vendor Portal team to claim my company profile, but ended up enrolling in their campaigns as well. Was able to run an email reviews campaign through the platform which was actually pretty useful for us.

I’m with a nanny service and needed a proper billing tool. They actually understood what kind of setup we needed and recommended something specific instead of generic stuff. I spoke to Percis and she was super helpful!

I run a small dental clinic and was looking for a decent practice management system. Software Finder connected me with 2–3 solid options and honestly saved me a lot of time. Ended up choosing one that fits our workflow pretty well !

This place is shameless with their incessant texting, how can we get them to stop?
So sick tired of these spammers….i thought there was legislation or something in for recourse.

Repeat SPAMMERS even when asked to desist. Even contacted the CEO but he hasn't responded. Avoid giving these guys your email at ALL costs!

Options supplied where useless, and once on their email list you get regular SPAM (other unrelated rubbish) - countless times I've asked to removed, but they keep sending it...

I have received numerous unsolicited emails from this company who will not take no for a answer.
They are blatantly disregarding GDPR and continue to forward spam despite several requests to remove our details from their database.
VERY UNPROFESIONAL

Lies and Deceit
They call and tell you they have people looking for your software. You get a "free trial" that is useless and they tell you that they are bumping you to a premium level so you can see some results or higher placement but then they never do anything and forget to reply or are out of office. As a customer you think the free trial is of the premium service level so you are waiting for that to kick in but it never does then 14 days goes by and they charge your card. This is a shady money grab kind of company. Do not use them

Weekend person is useless.

They approach things disingenuously. Their rep Micheal booked a call with our support with the message: "We have businesses interested in your software solution. Have someone contact me."
Turned out, they are selling lead service. Very dishonest approach from their salesperson.

Loss of time. You end up spending a lot of time answering their questions, and you never receive what they say you will.
They get what they want from you, and then simply don't answer when it's time they pay what you are owed

From the first interaction, Software Finder has exemplified excellence in customer service. They work collaboratively internally to accomplish tasks and are quick to communicate with your business to address any needs or open requests. They go above and beyond in all areas.

we've been using their lead generation services and it's actually great. The lead quality is great, some dont convert but overall a agreat experience.

Honestly, we were a little hesitant to reach out to them at first, but we’re sure glad we did. We needed a mobile app development company but didn’t know where to begin or even what phrases to search for on Google. We consulted with Software Finder, and they reduced it down to a few viable options for us to consider. I like how they were there for us every step of the way and helped us devise a plan of action.
