Amazing trial.
I had a trial with Sachin Ganapathula and it was amazing. He taught me the basics and made it really fun and interesting. I am considering joining Software Acadamy very much, i recommend for anyone that wants to start learning to code/making games and wants a good tutor to guide them.

The communication and web form request could benefit from some improvements.
While the educational process at Level 1 is commendable, we have noticed that subsequent communication has not been as prompt as anticipated. The form for new course requests currently lacks sufficient detail. Additionally, payments are being confirmed without prior confirmation of the course's day, time, tutor, or level. We have also observed that email responses do not consistently meet the high standard of excellence we have come to expect.

My 10yo son had a tester session with Sachin in Coding & Game Design, he loved it too much and asked me straight away to sign him in for the full course.
