I paid for my key, the link to the download didn't work for a dozen times.the instruction video on how to install didn't work, and when I eventually did manage to download the image but I couldn't write it to a dvd as it was too big 😧??
I asked for a solution but have had no reply...

While initially the code did not work as intended, I emailed support and they did resolve it. My only feedback is for a UK company that the communication from support was coming late in the evening which made it sometimes easy to miss!

Bought Office 2021 due to the competitive price and reviews. Got the licence codes but didn’t work first time when I entered the codes on the Microsoft validation line, not sure why. Emailed help desk and Erik helped out, got new codes and worked straight away with the second codes. All companies can have issues and snags, the fact that they resolved an issue promptly over Xmas period means it’s a 5 star review for me.

Straightforward download and validation once we had been told that we needed to use the telephone activation - looking at other people's comments I guess they did too! It's a bit of a pain - it would be easier if it just said "use the telephone activation". Good support and good price - I will use again when I upgrade my laptop software

Purchased Office21 from this company and after payment went through the software was ready to download within 5 mins. Once downloaded just follow the install procedure sent to you and you are up and running. Did have a slight problem installing (due to my poor IT skills) but the company sorted it out for me without any fuss. They were very helpful, and nothing was a bother to them. Would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Purchased this after having issue with my old office 2010, reasonable Price easy to order and download and simple to follow instructions, had a few issues validating but after sending them an e-mail the problem was rectified within an hour.

I bought office home and student 2021 software. It didn't load propeply at first, but customer service was very helpful. So after that everything work. ☺️

I was dubious at first but at the end of the day everything was great.
You MUST follow the instructions carefully. Do not try to wing it unless you are really familiar with doing this.
I was up and running in about 15 mins.
