Once I put order through, I got message that MS Office Prof Plus was out of stock but I would receive it within a few hours. I did not get any message for approx 36 hours so I contacted customer service’s; they replied quite promptly apologising that there had been some mishap and immediately sent the licence code.
Set up was more complicated than with other suppliers I have purchased from. Initially it said code had already been used!; then upon making a call Microsoft and going through slightly messy authentication procedures I finally was successful in setting programs up.
They are working perfectly.

Software-codess provided an excelent service from my first enquiry till the arrival of the activation codes. The desciption on the site was accurate and the staff knowledgable.

I purchased Office 2021 for Mac online. At first the installer didn't work as my MacOS was older than required for the link given, but I looked online and found a forum that gave an answer to my problem. Once I had the right installer the download and installation went smoothly. I sent a message to Software-codes and they did get back to me the next day, but I had already solved the problem

Code was provided straight away, I downloaded the software and installed as directed and tried to activate the key through one of the Office applications. Unfortunately, I was told that the key had been installed the maximum number of times. With seemingly such a definite rejection of the key I emailed the company. They responded quickly and were very patient. They politely suggested I follow the 2nd part of their instructions, namely phoning Microsoft and responding as scripted. I did this and after a slightly tortuous process the key was enabled without any problem and my Office suite runs perfectly.
Brilliant price for a lifetime key and well worth enduring the process of enabling it. Thoroughly recommend this company!

I bought, Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus (PC) - Digital delivery, for a great price. There was a delay receiving the licence but after a short emai,l I received a prompt response and the key. Great service and value.

License keys were used up. Could not activate software.

Got lots of emails with lengthy instructions.

Finally was able to configure Office 2021 but product keys were wrong.

Quick delivery and easy installation/activation

I have paid for a product and 3 hours later , still do not have the product key. I've emailed twice , with no result. Very frustrating .
The code came through the next day and I received an apology a week later

I bought a version of Office from this company earlier this year and it installed without any problems. I used it regularly until last week when, after a short power cut, it deactivated. I emailed them and explained what happened and they replied almost immediately. Further emails were also answered straight away, resulting in me reactivating my version of Office. I cannot fault their response times and help given and would recommend them to anyone. No problem in giving them 5 stars.
