Sofology - Wednesbury Omdömen 

Second visit in two days to double check one of our top two suites. The young man (Abs) who served us remembered us as soon as we walked in. Came over to us once we found the one we were looking for and explained the details to us again. He answered all our questions with ease then while we had a think he fetched us a drink. Once we said we wanted to go ahead and purchase he went through the process with us covering all the details.
We love the extensive choice of designs, finishes and colours. Overjoyed with our choice. Thank you Abs for your assistance.

No pressure to buy from salesperson Harrison. Great customer service , looked after us and showed us around . Showed brand knowledge and when not sure had his iPad handy to search sizes , colours etc .

Was patient with us going back and forth and explained the after sales warranty / insurance / finance options / delivery times etc . Great sofa ranges with a top lad to show us around .

Great choice, but visited with one range already in mind. Lady who helped, Patrycja was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with finalising my choice. Gave us time and space for us to make sure. Overall can’t fault.

The shopping experience was great, the range of options was vast. The sales team member Harrison, was excellent in providing lots of options and alternatives. Most importantly he was patient with us and was never pushy for a sale, only outlining key information to help make our decision. The whole process was explained clearly and simply!

From our first interaction Alisha was knowledgeable friendly and guided us on what was going to work for our needs. She was on hand to ask questions to without being over bearing or pushy. We visited a competitor on the same block of retail units and their customer service was no where the level that we had received from Alisha and we returned and placed an order.

Very impressed with choice on offer. Everything was very well explained, Pati was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased my last 2 sofas from Sofology (which we still have - quality is fab) and both times the experience has been fantastic - they knowledge the choice and also the fact the sales staff don't attack as soon as you walk in. We needed to get a sofa bed and again service, quality and advice was excellent, really wouldn't go anywhere else.
