Sofology - Wednesbury Omdömen 

No hassle from staff, we were left to browse by ourselves, but when needing help staff friendly and helpful.

Bought a premium leather sofa started to wrinkle and sag in 4 weeks of use.
Sofology failed to replace or honour their own 2 year warranty. ie defective materials.
Do not buy.
Appears to be used/ ex showroom and NOT brand new as we paid for...

Staff were really helpful

The young lady who dealt with our order was most help full and pleasant and also very efficient.
She even made us a cup of coffee and told us to take our time, we were not pressured to purchase.
We now look forward to our Sofa delivery.

Excellent customer service and quality sofas

We were treated with patience and professionalism. We told the member of staff what was required and she showed us the relevant sofas. She didn’t try to sell us big sofas just the the ones within our parameters. We really appreciated this as the previous store we went in the gentleman there was showing stuff that would not fit and trying to make us believe we could accommodate it.

Salesperson ( Mustafa) not pushy, but informative and helpful when needed. We were given time and space to try sitting on different sofas without feeling pressured to buy.
A large, clean and comfortable showroom with air conditioning and customer toilets.

Our sofas are due in 6 weeks time so we cannot comment on the whole Sofology experience yet.

The in store service was excellent and then when I added on a footstool to my order on the phone the service on the phone was also excellent

Harrison was brilliant. He explained all the specs of the sofas I was interested in and took the time to show me them all in detail aswell as the different colours and materials available.

We recently bought a sofa with the help of Patty, and she was exceptional. She listened to what we wanted, showed us all our options without any pressure, and helped us verify measurements. We left to double-check everything at home and came back a few days later to place the order with her. Delivery takes 8 weeks, but the in-store buying experience was fantastic thanks to Patty!
