Ordered my beautiful sofa with Sam, everything was explained so well with no sales pressure at all.
I felt so comfortable, Sams customer service is amazing.

Shout out to Paulina!
This store has some proper legends working there.
Shoutout to Paulina (who left shortly after my visit, good on ya pursuing what you want) she was so nice, sat and had a right laugh with me as we talked through all my options and prices.
She helped me pick the sofa i wanted and only reason i didnt buy when she was there was i needed to double and tripple check measurements.
Second shoutout James(please tell me thats right) another legend, walked through everything, made a really good brew and got things all ordered and sorted for me.
Highly recommend this store, staff are just so chill and not pushy. Hapoy to help when needed. Shame its not a shoo you visit everyday. 😂

Really great experience at Sofology Stoke thanks to Leon.He was very personable and made buying our new sofa really easy; he provided clear, non pressurised information, leaving the decision making entirely to us.
