Really professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Klaudia. No pressure or hard-selling, just honest advice about options and possibilities for the sofa/corner that we were interested in buying.
And indeed DID buy!

We felt that he genuinely wanted the whole experience to be positive and was keen that we were happy with both our purchase and the whole process. New sofas have now been ordered.

The staff made it great as is usually the way with retailers. They were friendly and helpful but not invasive as in following you round the shop but were available when needed. I wish I had taken the name of the young man who we spoke to who then when we explained what we were looking for but had a budget showed us these sofas that were a cancelled order but actually fitted what I wanted perfectly so it was his knowledge that made this purchase a simple one!! Well done to him! This is not the same person that wrote up the order. So yes all the above I just hope the delivery will be an equally good service. Many thanks
