Friendly and very helpful adviser
Friendly and very helpful adviser. No forceful sale, just useful info and guidance. In store displays were also more imaginative than most allowing you to better visualise the sofa in a home space.

10/10 customer service
Jo was absolutely brilliant with all the 101 questions I had and didn’t look at all fed up when I asked her about multiple sofas. She definitely took her time to explain everything I needed to know. Nice to see a store who still put customers time and listen.

Mark was excellent
Mark was excellent, explained the different variations I could have the sofa in, explained all the sizes , fabrics etc. I made I slight mistake with the order, after contacting the store Mark rectified the order in no time. Nothing was a problem.
