Sofology - North Shields Omdömen 

We first visited Metro Centre. Emma was brilliant. She showed us around the shop and gave us excellent advice. We then went to Silverstone where Adam looked after us. Adam also was brilliant and we ordered our new sofa that day. Both Emma and Adam were fantastic. Well done both of you xx

We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff who explained the sofas we enquired about and offered the various options in a very clear manner - he was extremely polite and helpful

No one followed us around just left us to have a look and the staff are really lovely, the man explained everything and was really nice

I really enjoyed having a good look around ,and with the help of a lovely assistant called Stephanie. She helped me pick my perfect corner unit sofas.

I liked the North Shields branch. The staff gave you plenty of time to look around without jumping on you. There was alwalys someone there when you did need to ask questions. (Mark) was very helpful and explained all the offers available to me when purchasing my sofa and chair. I am just hoping the sofa and chair as good as they say they are.

We returned to purchase 2 raise and recliner chairs like our 2 seater purchased last year to find the choice of chairs had improved and available in the same cloth as ours
Not the same style but petty similar
The sales assistant remember us and was very attentive

Visited Sofology north shields this month. Excellent helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. Awaiting delivery of sofa now.

Absolutely amazing service from Leanne in the silverlink store. Called this afternoon for some help due to what sofa I wanted and the space I had to place it, Leanne took my space measurements and not only found a solution for the sofa I wanted but also provided a list of other options. We went into the store to see the sofa in person and purchased there and then. Leanne went through everything in detail, all the options the sofa came with and it was just an amazing experience from start to finish. She is a credit to the company.

The store was clean, tidy and very well presented also.
