Very satisfied customer.
The sales assist Hema was extremely helpful showing us all the sofas that fitted our requirements and demonstrating all the recliners functionality. We were show all the colour variants on the numerous sofas around the shop. All options were explained including warranty and care. Hema was extremely professional and polite without trying to force a sale upon us.

We were met by Hema, who accompanied us through the ordering process, explaining all the extras available to us and how they worked as well as warranties.
