Sofology - Milton Keynes Omdömen 

I write a lot of reviews, but most of them are usually when something has gone wrong, so this experience genuinely deserved a positive one.
On my first visit to Sofology and it was quite few, Hema made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away and took the time to show me a wide range of sofas. The Oskar sofa immediately stood out to me, and I really loved the design and feel of it.
I came back several times, and each time Hema was patient and attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me rather than just making a sale. When I visited with my husband I completely changed my mind,and it was great that she never rushed me or pressured me. Instead, she took the time to listen, talk everything through, and offer thoughtful, practical ideas.
I had concerns about sizing and layout, and Hema clearly knew the products well and helped me find a solution that actually worked for my space. I am very indecisive and struggle to make decisions, but she remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
In the end, I purchased the Plaza sofa and I’m extremely happy with my choice. Hema’s knowledge, patience, and genuine care for the customer made this a standout experience. She is a real asset to Sofology and someone, any manager should be proud to have on their team. I have to add that Hema made me a coffee, and although it was just from the machine, it tasted surprisingly good and we laugh that it was made with genuine warmth and care from her.

The whole team at the Milton Keynes store is also fantastic — friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Having looked on the website first I went into store knowing which 6 chairs I waned to look at. The salesman didn’t push us he showed us the 6 chairs and then left us until we were ready. He was very knowledgable and gave us some sound advice. Didn’t hard sell at the point of sale. The whole event was a pleasant experience with good service

Attentive and helpful staff nice relaxed visit

Update: Standard response from Sofology for the poor review. Emailing their social media complaints department will have no effect at all. You still won't hear back from them. I have now printed off my section 75 claim and evidence. Can't wait to send it to my credit card company tomorrow.

Purchased 3 sofas which were delivered 27th November 2025. The left hand seat has the wrong specification. Told the drivers who informed me that they would notify customer services.

Today it is 3rd December, I have telephoned the incompetent customer services department and filled out their online form countless times yet NOBODY has contacted me to resolve the matter.

I've given them until 5th December and then I will invoke section 75 with my credit card company and they can deal with them.

It's too early to involve the Furniture Ombudsman so I will see what happens when invoking section 75.

Do yourself a massive favour and buy elsewhere. You'll be thankful for it.

Their automated email reply even states that they won't accept abuse, rudeness, shouting etc. Now ask yoursrlf why would they need to state that IF their customer services were competent?

Kiran made the whole sofa buying experience easy. He didn’t hound us to upgrade to the bells and whistles sofa. He listened to our needs and advised the best options
