No refund on my deposit 😡😡 the worst firm I have ever had the experience of dealing with they owe me £327 the only way you can help is to refund my money because I cancelled within 24 hours of cooling of period because the suite was to big 😡😡

Great experience - again! Extremely good customer service and overall experience yet again. We had tried multiple other shops before and were put off by the pushy salesmen following us around.
Will, who served us, was very helpful, very friendly and the best assistance I have ever received in a store. The process of buying our sofa was simple and I would strongly recommend this store and specifically will for an easy and enjoyable experience.

We was greeted on arrival by a gentleman called Happy. No pressure sales , No one follows you around , which i like . We bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa . We served by Happy. Top guy made the sale very easy and explained everything. Very happy

I have ordered 4&2 seater sofa set and I have asked the sales guy when is delivery I have been told that latest on 21st March 2026 Saturday,I requested that we have Eid celebrations coming on Friday so please can you deliver before 19th which is today they said I have added the note, we will
Do our best this commitment was at time of sale now today I got text message says 27/03/26 delivery I am socked I have been promised something else ,I have called customer centre they spoke showroom manager and then the lady give me call manager form Trafford showroom she said we can’t do anything cause delivery team is different and I have been promised by showroom sale team at the time of sale now they says we don’t have early delivery dates that totally annoying and wrong communication with customer. They want to make sale and sale is done with false delivery commitments very poor experience not happy at all.
now we don’t have sofa at home on this weekend on our Eid celebration and invited guests already every thing is ruined by Sofology team wrong commitment.

We had a very welcoming, professional and efficient visit to Sofology Manchester, AL who assisted us was great, he answered all our questions, provided us with all the information we needed, we felt comfortable purchasing 2 beautiful sofas, very nice personality, pity we could only view pics online but we understand all stores cannot have all products, AL made sure we viewed swatch of leather to ensure we picked colour, some colours differ from online pic, he gave us specific measurements and explained we had 48hr to amend order, we were able to pick a specific date in the future which was really helpful, last leather sofa I bought from serology has lasted as looks like new after almost 20 yrs, well worth the price

This is our 2nd sofa from sofology. The staff in the store were really helpful. We also found the sofa to be cheaper than most places,
