Personal and friendly customer services
The customer assistant was able to give all the technical details and different options available in a patient and friendly manner. It felt like the sofa we discussed was so right for our requirements and we left with great satisfaction with our purchase. In all a great experience!

Amazing experience at the Sofology Brent Cross, very friendly team members, especially Mariana. She helped me to choose the right sofa and explained how the leather care works; I wasn't planning to get the leather kit but I changed my mind after talking to her.

Friendly, Helpful and Professional Service
We had a wonderful experience at Sofology thanks to Mariana. She was incredibly helpful throughout our purchase, taking the time to guide us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

Mariana’s Exceptional Customer Service
My husband and I recently visited Sofology to look for a new sofa, and we had such a wonderful experience thanks to MARIANA.
From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. MARIANA was extremely knowledgeable and knew every detail about the products, materials, and options available. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions with confidence and patience, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.
What we appreciated most was how patient and helpful she was while we took our time deciding. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. Her positive attitude and genuine care for helping us find the right sofa really stood out.
Thanks to MARIANA’s expertise and guidance, we felt completely confident in choosing our sofa and left the store very happy with our purchase. She provided truly excellent customer service, and we are very grateful for her help.

Delivery was awful. I still don’t have my sofa delivered. No contact number and no info from the delivering company.
Staff at the store were good but delivery is very disorganised. We still have not received our sofa.

Great sofa, great buying experience
Had a long search trying to find a sofa I liked, but after visiting multiple sellers, Sofology was perfect. The website is useful and the staff in the Brent Cross store were very friendly and helpful. Delivery was efficient and was great to have it professionally assembled for me.

Understanding service
I had a really pleasant experience at the Sofology Brent Cross, thanks to one of the staff members (Jimmy) who assisted me during my purchase. He were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the furniturs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided helpful recommendations without making me feel pressured.
What impressed me the most was his professionalism and willingness to go the
extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. His positive attitude and
