We liked the fact you could walk around the store and not be hounded, but staff welcomed us , told us about the furniture and were there when needed.

We were made welcome as soon as we entered the store, Megan explained a few things and then left us to look around without any pressure. when we found what we wanted she could not have been more helpful, everything was explained to us in detail in a very polite way without any sales pressure.

Bought a sofa today and I was served by Ash.
First of all, the service given by ASH was exceptional, he wasnt pushy and left me to pick and choose, and once I had decided on the sofa I wanted, he spent time to help me with the sizing and also helped me understand the cleaning and care requirements.
He was the epitome of first class service.

Really friendly staff, helpful but not in your face. They were great with my young daughter and kept her entertained while we signed for the sofa. The process was very smooth and Ellie was great, looking forward to getting our new sofa. A lot of great options to choose from!

Good selection & nice quality sofa’s, no pressure sales but Harrison was very informative and non-prejudiced in steering us towards the cost of various options. We took time to decide & were happy to purchase.
