ordered sofa online , the photos showed some slight scuffs , the sofa was delivered on time , had some issues when i unwrapped the sofa with the cushions called up customer care and the man i spoke was very friendly ,very helpfull and my issue resolved in minutes with no fuss , i got an amazing sofa at well over half the price and i will 100% use again and recomend to friends and family

We ordered a sofa from here recently and had some issues. The one we originally chose was damaged in transit to us. The customer service of sofaclearance was responsive and helpful. They worked hard to resolve the issue for us and get us our replacement choice at a good price and as quickly as they could. The delivery team (Panther) again had issues on the day and our tracking didn’t work which was slightly frustrating. Actually when they arrived though the two men working for them were lovely and very helpful. The product itself is lovely and we are very pleased with the quality and the colour. An eventful experience but through all that great customer service from the team and a fantastic end product. Thanks.

sofology armchair here in the exact same indiana charcoal colour and torrington design as an ex display sofa i got elsewhere. i am so pleased i found this site. 2 tiny loose threads that are at the back, and a few scuffs on the wooden feet at the edges, (photos showed condition before buying) and i got myself an absolute bargain!. i cannot quite believe how much money i have saved overall!. i am absolutely delighted. delivery was on time, able to track the van and panther couriers had a smile and were helpful. thanks guys.

After having a nightmare of a time trying to get a sofa shipped independently, I threw up my hands and decided to look elsewhere. I knew I wanted a recliner sofa, only 2 seats as it is just me at home, but a bit of luxury is sometimes necessary when dealing with my medical requirements. I stumbled over Sofa Clearance Outlet on Facebook, although this is not always a safe way to find a retailer, I popped onto their website and had a thorough look around. Being a wannabe snob with council estate money, I found a gorgeous sofa for around my price point. Deciding to take the plunge, I threw my hard saved pounds at them and waited, in anticipation of my statement pieces arrival. The day came around, with the help of the link provided by the delivery company I followed it around the country to outside my home. Prior to delivery SCO were so helpful, ensuring the delivery would have 3 men as the weight of the mechanism made it a behemoth, plus the entrance to the lounge meant a game of Tetris with lots of corners! Thankfully, with a bit of turning, shifting and muscle, the guys managed to ensure it landed safely, legs and bolts located after going rogue in the van! Just remember, SCO sells slightly damaged goods, mine has a 1p sized hole in an area you can hardly see. All damages are shown on the website before you purchase. Unbeknownst to me, my leisure companion was made by Sofology, hence the quality.
