Excellent customer service from the first contact until delivery of the sofa. This business is really what every other business should aim for. They go the extra mile to provide a good customer service and they really show that they care about the customer in every step of the process. I haven't had my sofa for long but I really love it. It is exactly what I was looking for, it looks of great quality and my guests said they slept very well on it.

Superb service.
Service was first rate. The sofa bed is of a very high standard, and we’re very impressed with it. Communication from the company was great, and they managed to make and deliver our sofa for the date we needed. Delivery to the room was professional and tidy. Cannot recommend them enough if you want a great quality sofa bed.

What a fantastic company!!
We are thrilled with this company from start to finish. James in particular was a lovely guy, cheery, polite, knowledgeable & accommodating - he took the time to demonstrate the mechanisms of the sofa beds & allowed us to lie on the two types of mattresses which helped us to decide which was best for us. He didn’t try to push a sale & was happy to give us as much time as we needed. Their swatch variety is very extensive - so many beautiful colours & materials to choose from! The delivery was swift & seamless - the 2 delivery guys were friendly & professional - they even pulled the sofa-bed out so that we could check that we were happy with it before they left. And as for the sofa-bed itself it’s just what we wanted - it’s plush, neat & VERY comfortable (both to sit on & lie on). We went for the Chelsea sofa-bed & opted for all 3 of the upgrades that they offer (mattress/hotel action/bed width)…definitely worth the extra cost for the extra comfort. What a fantastic British (& local to us here in Cheshire!) company!!

Good service
The website was easy to use and the communication was excellent around delivery times. The delivery was on time, and they got the bed up a very narrow flight of stairs without any issues.
The ottoman bed I ordered looks well made and looks good in the room. While we haven't slept on it yet as we got it for guest use, I did lie on it and it seems very comfortable, (but I do like a firm mattress). The mattress itself is only 67cm wide, but it will be fine for the occasional guest. There is plenty of clearance between the frame underneath and the trampoline-style base, so you don't feel any bars when you lie on it. I think it will work out very well.

Delivery communication was extremely…
Delivery communication was extremely limited and I was only contacted on the day. There was only 1 driver so I had to help lift and manoeuvre the sofa bed upstairs with him.
The colour of the sofa isn’t exactly as I would have liked but I know I can’t do anything about this…
Sofa itself is great - fits exactly where I want it.

I am sorry that the delivery has not been completed as expected. We pay our carriers for a two man delivery service to the room of the customers choice. Clearly on this occassion the carrier has not provided the service we pay for and that you as the customer expect. We are taking this up with the carriers this morning and we will let you know what happens.
Colours of fabrics can vary considerably on different computer screens. We offer a free fabric swatch service for this reason and would always encourage our customers to get swatches before ordering. These swatches are cut from the same fabric we use to manufacture the sofabeds so we can be confident that the colour is correct.
I am glad that the sofabed itself is good and would like to thank you for your order.
