Garbage. Another online service that just can't deliver as promised. I sent gcash gift cards that are supposed to be accessible within minutes by the recipient. Good luck. It takes hours. So do not use this service if time is a factor.

Payment failures, no desktop site, no shopping cart
This site used to be good but now it's impossible to use.
- Since last year my payment (Canadian Visa) no longer goes through, even after multiple tries. The payment appeared on my card and was then immediately reversed/refunded. I've reported this problem a year ago but it has not been fixed. The same card worked before in Sodagift and still works everywhere else including in other American and Korean websites.
- They got rid of their proper desktop page so you're forced to scroll through the tiny mobile page even on your computer. This is genuinely a pain to browse.
- They got rid of the shopping cart function, so each gift has to be purchased separately.
Without basic features like a proper desktop site and a shopping cart, it feels like the company is prioritizing their new B2B and letting the consumer experience decline. I’ve wasted a lot of time browsing, searching, and trying to complete a purchase that keeps failing - I hope no one else has the same experience.

My grand daughter received her gift card of $100 in seconds.
Sent another to my grandson and waiting for him to receive it too. it's taking longer because it's for a higher value.
