I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Social Forest, a company that presents itself as a provider of digital marketing tools. Despite their claims, my interactions with them have been fraught with issues that suggest deceptive practices.

Service Reliability Issues

From the outset, accessing Social Forest’s services was a challenge. Their website frequently became unresponsive, often multiple times a day. On the rare occasions when the site was accessible, the tools I had paid for either failed to function or were so sluggish that they were practically unusable. This consistent unreliability rendered the services I purchased utterly worthless.

Unprofessional Customer Support

Seeking assistance, I reached out to their customer support, only to encounter unprofessionalism and rudeness. Responses were neither timely nor helpful. Instead of providing solutions, the support representatives engaged in arguments, displaying a blatant disregard for customer concerns. This behavior is unacceptable and indicative of a company that does not value its clients.

Refund Policy and Ethical Concerns

Upon requesting a refund due to the non-functional services, I was curtly informed that they do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Their refund policy explicitly states: “No refunds will be accepted for any reason (i.e. Purchased accidentally, mind changed, was unaware of shared account service etc).”  This rigid stance, especially in light of their service failures, suggests a lack of ethical responsibility and a potential intent to defraud customers.

Conclusion

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against engaging with Social Forest. Their unreliable services, unprofessional customer support, and inflexible refund policy point to a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and ethical conduct. I have escalated this matter to my financial institution to dispute the charges and report the company for fraudulent practices. Potential customers should exercise extreme caution and consider alternative providers to avoid similar issues.

Every time you try to access any of the service you will face some kind of issue, there will never be a smooth experience with socialforest. They add or remove tools as per their convenience, they even add limits to control usage, that to without notifying.
I bought an annual plan and it is a terrible experience.

Go for it, Using from last 1.5 years, Quick resolution in case of any platform issue, they also provide alternate option in case website is on maintenance so that end user cannot suffer. Great service, Also love it that no restrictions on envato like you can download only once in 5 min or 10 mins. Highly Recommended

Worst tool fake tool i recommend not to purchase worst customer support

i like the social forest. In a low price many useful websites as a video editor that we need on a daily basis we get here. :) support staff response very quickly

To build the trust first i took one month subscription and now i have one full year plan, these guys are doing a terrific job, really impressed and very greatful at the same time because it saved lots of money for me. total waste of money

I have paid for 3 months subscription but after few days its not working now.... and i have raised my complaint but no body has revert on this complaint....
Its waste of money to buy this subscription....they don't revert or resolve the issue ....

The experience has been quite positive, especially considering the unbelievably low price they are offering. Although occasional issues arise, the support team is impressively active, available 24/7. I've consistently received resolutions within just 20 minutes of creating a ticket. I have been using it for the last seven months.

Prompt service centre help, and cost effective.

I am having very bad experience with these scammers "SOCIALFOREST". Let me explain why :-
-Site audit on semrush never works and links are phisy and not original semrush link
-Most of tools are clearly stolen from other provider like seopshope eg :- majestic , storybase, Indexification etc.
-ChatGPT 4 never works and second access is always down.
- Freepik useless
- keywordtools never works
- Envato elements both access useless

Don't understand how there are so many positive reviews, If needed screenshot and proofs for above complaints can be attached as well! You guys too know that's all above are genuine concerns!

I brought the "Pack of
Everything" just for Semrush,Freepik and Envato elements Mostly ! And Mostly Envato is shows usage warning, Semrush Mostly offline throughout the day and for Freepik contact on telegram for each file? , Also point to note is that Most of accounts are from other providers,Its Truely Predictable that most of reviews here are biased for discounts and offers, As most of the time 60% of tools Don't Work.
