I have been working with Social Buzzing since last year, initially in relation to my Meta Ads and now also my Google ads. I have found both Steve and Josh to be very knowledgeable about their specialist areas and are good at explaining what they are doing, and suggesting areas that I need to focus on. They both give me confidence that I am dealing with specialists who can guide and advise well. Hannah has also been helpful in a couple of the social areas that I needed a hand with. I love having one point of contact, and talking to the person who is placing the ads, and giving feedback on the responses.

I'm very surprised seeing the reviews on here. When you sign up with the team, they come across very passive aggressive and arrogant in your initial meeting with them as a team. They create all posts via AI and put little effort into your brand. There is zero passion. I initially was assigned to Isabel who disappeared after a few weeks then Sophie. Sophie was intimidating, extremely passive aggressive and found it difficult to accept feedback on her work. She is defensive and would end each message with a :). I was very unhappy with my service here and felt that the work was of unsatisfactory quality. Sophie couldn't analyse data, I had to show her. All her work was generic and she struggled to grasp my vision for my brand. The owner is extremely rude, and refused to take responsibility for her staff's shortcomings, not even an apology.

The onboarding was relitivly simple and the price is realted to the output( which gives some confidence in the purchase) pretty easy to work with while I have a busy schedule. Content quality is very good using their own ideas as well as some of mine. I have used others before with very little noticicable results But Social Buzzing has made a postive difference to our lead generation and bookings. I have no reservations in recommending them
