Bought a pre order. I was kept up to date on its delivery. I am currently reading the book and it is bringing back memories from over 60 years ago. Would highly recommend Soccerbooks.
These folks provided careful packaging of the product, then followed up with speedy delivery to the USA. You can't ask for better customer service than that!
