Royal Mail somehow messed my order up and never got it delivered to me, messaged Snus boys just to see if they could help out with locating it and instead have sent me another order, legends! Best snus about and best customer services, wouldn’t buy from anyone else🐐

Great Range, Good Prices
An exceptional range of products unavailable in typical UK high street stores.
While Nordic Spirit and Velo are alright, there are far tastier nicotine pouch options available through Snusboys.
Not to mention more affordable (and potent) options.
Snusboys really came through for me recently when I had a delivery issue.
Their top-notch customer service earns my highest recommendation.

Very good service my only issue is one of my puts of snus came and when I opened it there were 4 snus split open and the powder had got on the rest of them

Unfortunately factory defects happen with nicotine pouches and it is impossible to know this until the pot is opened. However, if you get in contact with our customer service they would certainly help you with this.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Sold to my 15year old son and when I complained and asked to return them they blamed me for not putting restrictions in place on my sons phone!, and said they don’t accept returns! My son suffers with anxiety and depression and uses this terrible stuff to give him a nicotine high! This company should be able to stop these underage children from using these websites and also have some compassion in place for struggling parents, trying to keep their children safe, but instead they fobbed me off and ignored him.
Do not give these people your business.

We kindly explained to you multiple times that we are sorry to hear that your son had got hold of these products.
Our website is age protected. We simply suggested ways that you can ensure your son in is unable to bypass sites that are not intended for persons of his age in the future. Such as enabling web-safe settings through the mobile plan and wifi or device.
Had these been enabled he would not have been able to access our website and will not be able to access any of the other thousands of age restricted sites out there on the web.
In terms of the returns our policy is very clear and can be found on the site in the FAQ’s. “Once products have been dispatched and received we do not accept returns.”
