I ordered what appeared to be a high quality robe from a reputable appearing website. The price of nearly $100 made me feel like I was buying a quality item, but I guess that's part of the scam. The product was very low quality in fit and material. I wanted to return it but it has to be shipped to China!! at a large cost. The customer service team responded to my concern very quickly and professionally, but paying almost 50% of the cost of the item to ship it back just isn't worth the hassle. The item probably didn't cost them $5 to make. Stay clear of this company!

The fluffy cat bed arrived quickly and was packed properly. I like the thick, soft fabric, and the round shape gives my cat a comfortable place to curl up.

I ordered the Marine Corp yard sign. Their video shows it's huge, comes up to the man's knees. It is actually the size of my hand. Absolutely false advertising! They only offered me 20% refund to keep it, or refund my money, and $20 for me to ship it back. They are true scammers!

This is a drop shipping company. Appears to be uk based with a London number but send low quality items not worth the price and discourage you from sending back as have a hefty return cost as items need the be shipped back to china for £40+. Don’t be caught out like I did.

Ordered what I thought was a wooden picture frame with brass accents and its plastic tat that took three weeks to ship from china. The frame is plastic and the pane is plastic. Not what I expected for over £30.

The item arrived after a few weeks, when it was too late to give it as a present.
They pretend to be located in England but the item has to be returned to China at a cost of £20-£40.
Absolute scam. Avoid!

UPDATE: have finally responded to say they’ve processed a charge back?! I’m assuming they mean refund BUT I’ve nothing pending on my bank account and they stated:

‘While you are of course free to share your experience in a review, we kindly ask that once you have received your refund, you remove your review within 7 days. The reason for this is that the claims made are unfounded and border on defamation’

Are these the words and actions of a reputable company? Total fraudsters and bullies trying to intimidate UK customers from China. Received only 1 out of 2 items AND what I did receive was nothing like the advertised item. Lo and behold cheap tat rather than a UV sun protection sail. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. As an aside, re-reading all the 5 star reviews it’s clear they are all AI generated. Such a shame we now cannot even rely on Trustpilot to help us avoid scammers and charlatans.

Returns are to China!!

My item was overpriced for what it is and not what I wanted. On trying to return I discover that returns have to be tracked to China £25 plus cost. It wasn’t worth it. Feel ripped off and conned by the UK website. This is a shell company not actually in UK. Don’t buy from them.

Ordered the Faux Fur Blanket as a gift and my sister loved it. Really plush and warm. Shipping was free which was a nice bonus. Could use a few more size options though.

Ordered a bed cover and it completely changed the look of my bedroom. The color was exactly like the photos. Would order again.

The table lamp is simple but very cozy. Gives a nice warm light, perfect for nights. Feels well made for the price.
